The product and finish was beyond expectation.
One observation is i contacted you before ordering with a request around the spacing of the wording on the top the sun dial. I was advised that i could request a PDF of the image to check my spacing. this i could not find or action so i requested this under special instructions.
the spacing of the heading is not what i wanted but this does not retract from what is to us such a perfect example to reflect on our much love pet dog.

We ordered a memorial plaque for my dad. It was personalised exactly as we wanted it and arrived quickly. It looks lovely in the rose garden.

The sundial is really lovely, a very well made piece on its own but made even more special by the sentiment inscribed.. Its such a unique high quality gift which my parents loved..It arrived quickly and well packaged too..

I received my order for my parents sun dial for their wedding anniversary, however the numerals are going anti clockwise. Tried to email and it wouldn’t send.

The quality of the product is great, and it will make a fantastic gift. Unfortunately we were originally sent our sundial in the wrong colour. As it is personalised, the supplier asked for it to be returned, stripped down and repainted, which will take an additional week (9 working days for original delivery). So, a lovely product but make sure you plan well ahead if you're going to order it.

Prompt delivery, good communication to confirm design and ability to make amendments before finalising the order. However please check the colours thoroughly - we ordered a sundial for a golden wedding anniversary and the metal was ordered to be brass, i.e. a gold colour, but instead it’s turned up in silver. We just gave our parents this present today and discovered it’s the wrong damned colour.
