Initial contact was helpful and assurance given that plaque could be produced in required time frame. When I phoned the day before the item was due to be received I was told that due to a quality issue in the casting they would be unable to deliver on the agreed date and an applogy plus offer of discount or full refund was made. Despite subsequent multiple attempts to contact the company by phone, and email to see if or when delivery woukd be made, no response was received. Five days late, the plaque arrived by courier. The delivered product was of good quality and as expected, but the missed deadline and absence of any subsequent communication detracted from the transaction with the company.

This company were efficient and helpful during my association arranging the purchase of a gift to send to Canada. They were courteous throughout and the gift has delighted my sister. It arrived on time. Since I am in West Australia their help was crucial. Special thanks to Peter J who was very helpful throughout.

Good communication when I asked when I would receive my purchase, the first one made did not make your quality control and had to be re-made, it turned up and we are please with it. My other feedback would be to be more realistic on your website on timescales of deliveries that are bespoke, I was hoping it would be delivered by a certain day but this could not be met

The product was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful when I was ordering.
I did have difficulty ordering online as it wouldn’t accept my Australian address, but I was able to chat to someone online who managed to come up with a solution for me. It took a few tries, but we got there.

My sister & brother-in-law loved it! It did arrive a week late due to getting stopped at customs in EU, so do allow extra time if you live in the USA.

I ordered a sun dial as a gift to my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. The sun dial was delivered really quickly. The sun dial is really lovely and well made. I ordered the stand separately and called and spoke to Aaron who was really helpful. I would definitely buy again from The Metal Foundry for that special gift.
