I found very friendly and helpful staff who listened to my questions and responded accurately in straightforward and easily understood terms. Every member of staff I spoke to was patient and happy to clarify any queries. When a hitch in initial registration arose it was dealt with efficiently and successfully. Useful information for further communication was given, but has not been necessary to use it so far.
I have recommended this organisation to family members already and will continue to give positive reviews whenever I can.

Transferring a cash isa from a different provider,
Straightforward in opening the cash isa account online and received many email updates on how the transfer was progressing.
In fact the transfer was completed on the maturity date so no loss of interest which was ideal.
