Very impressed
The beds and mattresses were as described and of excellent quality. The build instructions were very easy to follow and all of the required parts were there plus some spares. Delivery was also very good with helpful and courteous drivers.

The bed is very nice, but I don’t like that there is not solid base or the frame, which will hold the floor of the storage.

Regarding your comments about the storage floor, the design is as described on our website. The base of the storage area consists of four removable MDF panels topped with a PU veneer. These panels are optional and are designed to help protect your flooring, while also allowing easy access to and cleaning of the under-bed storage area.
The panels are simply placed on top of the floor and are not fixed into position. As a result, there is no specific weight limit for items stored underneath the bed frame, as the weight is supported by the floor rather than the panels themselves.

What a lovely product
What a lovely product, great quality and excellent price. Very straightforward to put together with clear instructions. Delivery was in 4 clearly labelled boxes which were delivered to our first floor bedroom, so no struggling upstairs ourselves as it was very heavy. Would certainly use this company again.

We dispatched your sample request promptly. However, as our complimentary wood samples are sent via Royal Mail and due to the sheer volume of samples we dispatch each day, we’re unfortunately unable to monitor their progress once they’ve entered the postal network.
We do have to admit we were surprised to receive a one-star review before you contacted us. Had you reached out via our live chat, email or telephone, we would have been more than happy to investigate and put things right for you.
We always aim to resolve genuine issues quickly, but unfortunately we can’t help if we’re not made aware of them first.
I have emailed you separately to see whether you still require the samples. However, we appreciate you may no longer need them, and if that’s the case, we wish you all the best in finding the right furniture for your home.

Great communication with Georgie from the time of ordering to the time of delivery. This wasn't easy for her as I wanted it delivered the day before my new mattress arrived, which of course was several weeks after ordering my new bed frame.
It did work out perfectly in the end, so thanks Georgie. The delivery was great and the man who brought it all was a joy, friendly and professional.
My new bed frame, fitted together beautifully and was really simple to do. The quality is excellent and all the fittings are really good. I'm thrilled with it, it looks good and is very sturdy.

Excellent
Purchased an excellent, well made ottoman style bed. Craftsmanship in the bed itself was excellent and assembly was straightforward following the enclosed instructions.
The delivery service was very good and professional, if a little vague as to arrangements. You reply yes or no to the option they text you, if no then they send you another option but there's a long wait between these with no other contact. As I say, faultless delivery, just idiosyncratic arrangements.
Between ordering the in-stock item and delivery was about a week.
If I ever need another bed (suspect this one will outlast me), I'd definitely shop here again.

Additional surprise costs
Ordered a “free sample” of the wood from which the bed frame is made. Nowhere did it say that I needed to pay for postage, the sample was posted to me and insufficient postage was paid and as a result I had to take a trip to the delivery office to find the parcel had insufficient postage paid and that I would need to pay the additional. If this is what a ‘free’ sample is like then I cannot imagine what additional costs would arise when actually ordering a product. I certainly would recommend purchasing from such a company.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with your complimentary wood sample.
We’d like to clarify that postage for our samples is paid by us. Unfortunately, we were unaware that some of our sample parcels were being affected by an issue with Royal Mail’s size requirements, which resulted in additional postage being requested on delivery.
As we send over 100 samples each week, we don't check the delivery status of every individual sample once it's been dispatched. We only became aware of this issue after receiving feedback from a small number of customers, who contacted us directly. Once we identified the problem, we took steps to resolve it and have since corrected the way our samples are packaged and sent to ensure this does not happen again.
We’re therefore particularly sorry that you experienced this issue and had to make a trip to the delivery office. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when the sample itself was advertised as complimentary.
We were also disappointed to see that you had left a one-star review before contacting us, as we would have been more than happy to investigate the issue and put things right had we been made aware of it sooner. That said, we appreciate that this was an inconvenience caused by an issue on our side, and we’re pleased that we have now identified and resolved the underlying problem.
We have contacted you separately to see whether you still require the samples. If you no longer need them, we completely understand, and we wish you all the best in finding the right furniture for your home.

A quality product with brilliant customer service
The pre purchase , delivery and post communication was excellent.
The packaging was slightly damaged, caused by the delivery company but the goods were very well packed and there was no damage.
There was no installation service for the Ottoman bed but I got help. We did struggle a bit , despite the person assisting having previously installed Ottoman's and religiously following the instructions. As we did it at the weekend there was no assistance available from the company. Some of the beds have an installation video but the one I purchased did not and that might have assisted. I did feel if I'd had a problem o couldn't resolve I would have got assistance on the Monday.
I got a mattress as well.
The quality of the installed bed is 100%
