This was a graduation gift for my granddaughter. She was absolutely thrilled and cried when she opened it.

I ordered a gift for my daughter’s birthday and I thought I would have to cancel when the delivery date was after her birthday. I contacted the customer service and they went above and beyond to get her necklace to me on time. Delivery service was not great but it arrived just in time! Thank you so much. It’s rare to find this kind of customer service anywhere! Well done! I highly recommend theograce!

Their customer service is outstanding. I had difficulty making a choice. They were patient and helpful. When I finally chose what I wanted and received it, it was not what I had hoped for. They allowed me to make an exchange at no extra cost and facilitated a very easy return. The exchange is wonderful and heartfelt and I'm thrilled. Because the product was late to be delivered they offered me either a discount on my next purchase or a free gift. I chose the gift which is a beautiful. delicate, SS stunning neclace.

I loved that it came in early and on time also the make is very nice the bracket are very beautiful the ring I order is beautiful to I just wish I order a bit larger cause since they are three rings in one it seems a bit tied but other than that they are beautiful and the names and birth stone looks very nice on them

My order arrived on time and was presented beautifully. Each piece was in its own box with a cleaning cloth. When I opened my selections, I was delighted by the quality and craftsmanship. Customer service is personal, not automated and timely, professional, and kind. I have been a loyal customer of a luxury brand for most of my life however, I think I found a quality replacement. I’ve already made a second order.

Would not recommend this company. I was unaware the person I bought the jewelry for is allergic to silver and just wanted my refund. I canceled same day so I know my order was not even started. I just wanted my full refund. I do not want store credit as I need this as a Mother’s Day gift.

This is an update from my review 4 days ago. Customer service followed up with me many times and was very accommodating, and handled all conversations professionally, until I was satisfied, and it worked out in my favor. In fact, I will be following up after Mother's Day to purchase an item that they will have the flexibility to add the requested character inscription to the item I'm interested in purchasing. My confidence in this company is restored! My only recommendation would be that they would bolded the maximum number of characters to make it easy for the customer to call attention to before ordering the item. All in all, I would say this is a top-notch
company!
