Wish I’d never used this company. I ordered a bracelet, then cancelled it as I found another bracelet I’d have preferred. I cancelled within the 2 hour time frame the website states you can and would get a full refund. I received no reply and the money was taken. I emailed for a refund and told i couldn’t as it had gone to production and would have to wait for the order to be delivered then exchange it for another item. Delivery date passed and I hadn’t received it. Emailed them and I was told they cancelled it and issue store credit. Again asked for a refund and told no. I’ve been sent a code to use the credit and the code doesn’t work. Emailed them again, followed there instructions and code still doesn’t work and they still won’t refund me. Absolutely terrible. Real shame as I’ve got another bracelet from them before and it was lovely. But seems like a complete scam now.

I was emailing the support team but they have now stopped replying when I have asked for a refund and said the code isn’t working.

I appreciate finally getting a refund but it’s false to say you hadn’t received a response when you replied to my cancellation. I was told the item went to production and it couldn’t be cancelled. I only then found out it has been cancelled when the delivery date passed and the items hadn’t arrived. At no point did the customer service say they cancelled it because I hadn’t replied to an email. The email I didn’t reply to didn’t require a response. It said to get back in touch once I had received my item to say if I wanted store credit or exchange it.
The refund should have been issued at the beginning because I cancelled within the time frame, and shouldn’t have had to take so many emails and ultimately a negative review to actually get a refund in the first place.

I made an order well over 12 months ago maybe 18 months ago. I have made a mistake and i paid for future beads on my necklace. I emailed Theo Grace and even after such a long time since ordering, they fulfilled my request.

What made my experience great was the fact that I had a concern about the delivery time of my piece. The company immediately responded and explained that it had been delivered however, I didn’t have it. They offered to send me another one and correct the spelling of my daughter’s name. I saw on a receipt that it was misspelled. This piece was a replacement piece that my daughter bought me for Mother’s Day a few years ago (I lost it in a move) and it meant everything to me. I love it! I wear it everyday. I’m so grateful that they made this process easy and were quick with their response and the new piece.

The quality is top-notch and I love the finishing.

Also, the delivery was pretty fast. The entire experience was seamless.

Great product the only thing that let them down was the delivery schedule I think they try to please to much in case they loose a sale

I had to contact Customer Service for a question and they were very helpful. My packages arrived in a timely manner. I was very pleased! The quality is very good. I highly recommend this company!

My wife already had a necklace that had my daughter‘s name on it, but It had a couple sharp edges, so it was tough for her to hold our daughter without her hair getting tangled in it. Love the smooth and simplicity of this design. Simple but elegant.

I just purchased my second piece of jewelry from Theo Grace. My wife has had the first one for a couple of years and really likes wearing it. The current purchase is from a more recent product line called Bee Loved. I selected a locket, with an enamel coating, for a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. The picture of my wife and our sons will live on inside the locket my wife can wear wherever she goes. I was so excited when I saw it that I had to give it to her before Mother’s Day. The locket turned out beautifully, and she loves it!
