Brilliant service from start to finish. Booked myself a motorcycle test for July and booked a theory for this morning which I needed to pass as wouldn't get another chance before test dates. Team helped from start to finish regarding booking test center and even had to swap venues and had no issue atall. The study material was bang on and plenty mock tests to get upu ready. Past first time easily as felt fully prepared. Thanks guys

One thing that really stood out to me was their communication and customer service. They kept me up to date with all relevant information about my test date and time etc. even when I had no been successful in my theory test they provided a alternative as to how I can pass next time successfully.

Really good website, it has all the resources for you to learn everything about your theory test.

This website is so bad, we booked a driving test as it said that a next week slot was available, and as soon as we booked it and gave our money and got a confirmation, it was immediately rescheduled for 5 months later as "there were no free slots"! What a lie!! Why did it let us book it if it wasn't available?? This is ridiculous!!! We checked the website of the driving test center afterwards and it says that there are plenty of free slots!!!
They doubled the price and dont give you what they offer. Scammers.

It doesn't even deserve a 1star rating. Shocking service! They sent my daughter confirmation of a date, we went to the test centre, she's not booked in. They changed the date and never informed us of the changes, no phone call, no email absolutely diabolical customer service. A very Incompetent company, I would advise against using to book any form of theory test. We've had to move dates of the driving test now due to their lack of service, its been a complete nightmare.

I got guaranteed retest I failed so tried to rebook on email to no answer nothing really frustrating I had to rebook again through gov. Com I paid £59 to theory academy for retest really not worth it they didn’t even have the decenty to reply there’s no phone number to get in touch also total rip off disgusted
