Good service and good revision tips, I failed my theory and didn’t understand the app as it was my first using it , they have offered to help me retest my theory test again

Booked a test and paid, then emailed to say no slots available and was re booked 4 months away. Emailed and surprise had no reply. Should have looked at reviews, complete scam to take £59 instead of £23. COMPLETE SCAM. Shocking.

They are really helpful and the process is very easy. Just that they don’t have any contact number but if you email them they do reply within 24 hrs unlike some other company

Unfortunately I did not pass first time, failed by 1 mark! but theory academy booked me straight back in for my test, fingers crossed!

Really good service I actually was so busy revising I forgot to take my provisional license card with my to test centre so I couldn't take the test. Theory academy have offered a resit at no extra cost much appreciated

Easy to book and even though the original date was rescheduled to a much later one, the guidance was easy to follow to choose a different location and date. Helpful, speedy replies via email. I would recommend this company for ease and support.

Currently using the platform for my car theory and it has been extremely helpful. Easy to navigate and if any issues you can submit a ticket and they get back in touch quickly. Very helpful customer service navigators, quick booking of the tests. I definitely recommend!

I have booked a test no problem i had missed the appointment due to me getting dates wrong just booking next one so far I have found them to be helpful I hope to increase the start rating once I have booked and done my theory

Tests normally cost about £20, however google recommended me to use theory academy. They added a ‘pass protection fee’ of £40 to my booking fee with no way of taking it off. As this was my first time booking I didn’t know what it meant so I did some research and I was told that it means I get unlimited attempts at the test until I pass. So I bought it and then failed the first test. I went to book again and there was nothing on my account about pass protection fee, I emailed them and they replied saying I only had one extra free attempt. Very misleading website, would recommend to use the official government site instead.
