It’s a good resource for people who are looking to pass theory test

I booked a temporary test center, as it was local to me and I thought it was great. Only to get an email saying that's the test center was no longer running. Whys it on your website then and allowed me to book!?
I proceeded to ask over email to be moved to Kettering test center for the same date, to receive an email back saying they had booked corby test center and a complete different date. Don't get me wrong, they actually booked my test. However, looking at previous reviews it seems that people have really struggled with that. Do not recommend!

I had a theory test booked through Theory Academy but unfortunately I was unexpectedly admitted as an inpatient to a mental health hospital, meaning I was unable to attend my scheduled test date.

I contacted their team to explain my situation and Abigail was incredibly professional, understanding and supportive throughout. They treated me with respect, responded promptly, and made an exception for me under the circumstances which I genuinely appreciate.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that shows compassion and good customer service when someone is going through a difficult time.

Theory have been very good to me i have failed my test a few times but they have always rebooked my test with no hesitation the practice tests are very good communication is very good I would highly recommend them

Very helpful. I can just email for any issue and they get back to me next day can take little time imbetween bookings but given good time to do mock test.
Mock test took time to get head around logging in as a parent tracking his learning.

They support we received was amazing, when there was a mistake with the booking they fixed it instantly and helped us out a ton
