I 100% have never received this amount of assistance, service and guidance, I reccomend the Theory Academy whole heartedly, amy issues I have had they have resolved for me straight away and went above and beyond to help me , highly recommend!

I have failed my test a number of times and they have booked me in for a retest the following day with a new date, couldn't fault them

Thanks to Theory Academy and the materials and deal they offer I’ve been able to resit my theory test after I sadly failed. They’ve been amazing and very fast in sorting out a resit date and time within a few emails. Always polite, courteous and more than happy to help in any way they can.

I booked my theory test through Theory Academy and, although I failed my first attempt, I was able to rebook for free, which I’m incredibly grateful for. Theory Academy have been brilliant from the start, providing an excellent level of support throughout. I would highly recommend them.

Lovely people, straight forward and not threatening whatsoever

i wouldn’t recommend this company - i requested to book a test on a preferred date & test centre. instead they booked me for a test centre 4 hours away - i attempted to contact them to resolve this issue but had no luck as they couldn’t book me until March 2026. i went onto the gov website myself & rebooked a test centre (not my preferred but closer than the one they booked me at) in December. contacted them as they did not provide the service promised & i did the actions of booking myself and refused either a full or partial refund.

Great experience and the aftercare was so helpful! When it comes to booking the theory academy makes it very straightforward.
