Very quick delivery

Brilliant shop

We visited Perfume Shop in Darlington Cornmill. We were greeted by a lady called Ann . Ann was most helpful from going in to leaving nothing was to much trouble. On finishing our purchases we had them wrapped with messages on the ribbons . Our experience was 100% plus

I was serverved by ann she was lovely and helped with all my query and explained everything and went beyond to help me

Louise was most helpful would definitely return

Fantastic Customer Service at the Cornmill Store, Bethany was so enthusiastic and seemed to know everything about different fragrances! Great conversations although she does play (Fake Darts)!

My parcel was an empty envelope when it should of been a 200ml bottle. Customer services are now telling me to wait 3-5 days from them to receive the parcel back from royal mail and then another 14 working days for a refund! Absolute joke.

Fantastic choice of products together with prompt delivery.
Cannot fault then and highly recommend buying from a great company.

Great selection of products and the staff were very engaging and helpful selecting a product for you.

Bethany served me. She was friendly, super chill and knows what she's doing.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for perfume at the Darlington branch. The staff—especially Beth and Ann—were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. They told me about a 25% discount, and even included a beautifully wrapped free duffel bag with my purchase. Excellent service and lovely presentation—made shopping a real joy!

We are visiting from Australia, and I was wanting a particular fragrance that we can no longer get in Aust.
Bethany and Sophie were awesome, and Ann was also
The thing is, all of these ladies were brilliant salespeople, but, they were personable too and lots of fun :)
Thanks heaps Bethany and Sophie and Ann. It’s been fun :)

Superb service from Bethany, purchased multiple Jean Paul Gaultier Gift Sets which were not gifts and just for myself, Bethany was happy to get rid of all of the excess packaging for me and signed me up for a VIP card which got me a little discount too.
Super friendly, really professional and made the whole shopping experience a pleasure. Thanks Bethany.

From the moment we entered the store at the cornmill in Darlington our assistant Sophie was incredible and so attentive, we were looking for a new fragrance to try, she had great knowledge and went through a few options with us until we settled on a couple of new perfumes that we really liked, I could not speak highly enough of Sophie, she was such a pleasure to meet and a credit to the perfume shop

I went in to purchase the new ysl fragrance and a worker named Bethany was really helpful and very kind.
