I would like to commend Isla for providing me with excellent customer service. She greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my preferences. She was very patient and never made me feel rushed while I was choosing a perfume.
Isla went above and beyond to show me different varieties and helped me find fragrances that suited my preferences. Thanks to her excellent service and recommendations, I ended up purchasing two perfumes, and I absolutely love both fragrances.

We had such a lovely experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was patient, attentive and took the time to make sure we were properly looked after.
A special mention to Zoe, who was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, warm and genuinely helpful, with a smile throughout. Nothing felt rushed and she made the whole experience so pleasant.
