Excellent served received from Paul today!
We were served by Paul today. Although he appeared to have lost his voice, he was very patient, warm, and offered us a choice of perfumes to choose from. He even recommended another product, which was very helpful. I will rate my overall customer experience recently from Paul at this branch as excellent!

Staff and service was really good and welcoming. Especially Caliie at St James, perfume store, Edinburgh. She made it easy for me to select the perfume as I didnt have enough time to shop and research because of my travel plans but she was very sweet and warm. I bought 2 pradas(male and female).
