The Perfume Shop - Perth 47 Opiniones

Fantastic service from very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My self and my gran went in to the Perth store today and as soon as we stepped in Naila was so welcoming and lovely. Spoke to her about what we were looking for and she helped right away. She was so genuine and just lovely made my gran how is in her 70s feel amazing. When we go back over the Christmas period will definitely be looking out for Naila

We went in today to buy some Ghost perfume and served by Naila! What a star this was genuine customer service provided by someone which is lacking these days! Highly recommend.

Visited the shop on Sunday 5th October and Abi and Chloe were both extremely helpful advising me on all the new perfumes available.
Very happy with my purchase.

Chloe served myself and my boyfriend and was very knowledgeable about different fragrances. She let us try out some and gave us different versions of my boyfriend’s favourite, her customer service was second to none! Friendly and very helpful. We had a great experience here- thank you chloe we will be back!

Great service by Abi and Chloe and nothing was too much trouble. They explained about the refillable atomiser and a great way to try out a new perfume. Loved my additional personal ribbon. Will return for xmas purchases

Naila was extremely helpful. Her cheerful energy brightened my day and made the sale a wonderful experience.

NAILA was fantastic, very helpful and not trying to sell you anything so she can move on to next customer, we all had that before..!!
Felt she went that extra mile so I bought the right gift.,
I definitely be back 👌

Naila’s customer service was excellent. She was very helpful and chatty. She was also knowledgeable and told me about the offer on your birthday month, which I didn’t know about. It was a pleasant experience

Abi was great, helped us find exactly what we were looking for and suggested some new fragrances based on what we already liked.

The store and staff are friendly and professional. Proactive to help select your perfect perfume.
Naila was fantastic, up beat, friendly and very helpful with her approach to customers. Thank you so much.

Morven the best customer service! She should be the manager ! I was buying a CK man gift for someone she helps me a lot! Well done for her!

My husband and I love this store, all ladies who work there are so friendly and helpfull, so buying a perfume anywhere else will fell like a cheating 🫣😅 On our last shopping we were served by Naila, lovely lady with huge sense of humour 😊 We will definitely go back there, as we do, over and over again, at least twice a month 😂

I was made to feel welcome and Naila took her time going through the different aftershaves that might suit me and let me smell them. As I don't wear aftershaves often so I was not quite sure what might suit me. Naila made me feel relaxed and helped me to choose what one may suit me and had a laugh whiles doing so.

When shopping for a new scent I was helped by a lovely, polite and well spoke young women called Naila who also gave me some great advice

Perfect reception. Naila was very helpful. Lovely experience
