Chloe served me and was very helpful with helping me pick a perfume and told me the returns policy as I wasn't sure what one the person i was buying for already had. My experience in store was pleasant staff are very nice and friendly would recommend going if your needing advice as Chloe guided me and helped me and all the other members of staff are the same

Shopped in the Perth store today and was served by Chloe. She was a great help and finding me a new scent. I was stuck on the same one for years and she gave me a choice of three. The most unexpected scent was my favourite! I will definitely return, perfect service.

Wonderful service
Morven and Debbie helped me choose exactly what I was looking for. They are knowledgable and extremely helpful using a lot of lovely fragrance samples. I also received discount and would recommend buying from here.

Birthday gift shopping
Went in today to buy my husband a birthday gift. Came in completely unsure of what I was looking for. Debbie was welcoming and took her time showing me different fragrances. Well… what an experience I had in tps today, I like to go in and get the little pods to try different perfumes to see what lingers etc as you do, I was served today by a lovely lady called Debbie and another lady called naila what an absolute crack we had the most down to earth funny ladies they went above and beyond and no matter how many perfumes I wanted to smell test or buy they were more than happy to help. I was in the shop for maybe 15/20 minutes and what a pleasant experience it was. They deserve some recognition for the work they do. Thank you again ladies for the help will be back in soon

I visited the Perth shop on the 4th February and the two staff members could not have been more helpful. As an older male and having made a mistake in a purchase in another perfume shop the staff kept me right. So happy buyer, happy wife
