The estate agents were very responsive and arranged a property viewing for me at very short notice, which I really appreciated. Throughout the purchase, the sales manager Kevin was highly professional and kept everyone updated with clear and prompt communication.

Kevin worked closely with my solicitor to help progress the completion as quickly as possible, despite the property being part of a long chain. Property Explorer are, quite simply, brilliant. As a Landlord I have used the Lettings team and found Megan to be particularly efficient, focused, and a good ear to run ideas through.

I decided to use Property Explorer again for my current house move, even though I am probably 200+ miles away, without a local branch.

I did ‘not’ consider using a budget online Estate Agent. In my experience sales progression from a budget online Estate Agent is either not a service they offer, or something they aren’t very good at. Don’t be fooled by the cheap fees, it will end in tears when your sale collapses! Rant over…

Instead, I put my complete trust in Property Explorer and I am so glad I did. They were able to manage all of those tricky stages for me, from negotiating an acceptable price for my house, to managing seller and buyer expectations and timelines.

As I was buying a new build, I had immense pressure to exchange contracts within 6 weeks, but my buyers were not ready to exchange for another 3 months on top of that! Property Explorer kept everything together, communicating with my buyers and their solicitors to keep everything on track. They really must have some magical powers - there is no other explanation!

From our very first interaction right through to exchange, the service was flawless from top to bottom.

Even at the very beginning — which now feels like a lifetime ago — booking and confirming viewings was handled more efficiently than with any other property we viewed. Communication was clear, prompt and organised. The information pack provided was thorough, and the Rightmove listing itself was detailed and accurate, which immediately gave us confidence in the professionalism of the business.

Oliver, who showed us around initially, was professional, knowledgeable and gave us space to properly view the property without pressure. Danny Low handled the offer stage calmly and fairly, helping both sides reach agreement smoothly and transparently.

The real standout throughout was Kevin Cheeseman.

Kevin’s sales progression was exceptional. During what became a very stressful and delay-ridden conveyancing process (outside of the agent’s control), Kevin was proactive, persistent and completely on top of the chain. Top class Estate Agents. We had to sell our family home after the deaths of our parents, which in itself was a very emotional hard task to go through. However from the first contact through the process of selling our home, both Dan Low and Kevin Cheeseman have been outstanding. Full of compassion,empathy and patience with us. All members of the team that had any dealings with our property, including those who were showing potential buyers round were respectful to the property and very mindful of how this property came to market. They updated us, in detail at each step of the process. And happy to go at a pace which was comfortable for me, as letting go of my parent's house was really really hard.
