I have used other EHR systems before (both for treatment programs and for my private practice). Currently I am launching a small outpatient program and I needed an EHR program that was affordable and yet could be adapted to create both individual and group notes and be able to upload many documents. So far, Theranest has been working beautifully!

Constantly improving.

In the past I wrote a negative review about some important features that I felt were lacking from Theranest. What I've seen since then is that the company has been responsive to feedback and is frequently updating and improving.

This service is so easy to use! I use to work for an agency with a completely different system that was confusing and NOT user friendly. Compared to my old way of doing things, this is a piece of cake. I can even sync the TheraNest calendar to the calendar on my iPhone (using client intials) so I can easily see what I scheduled. I would HiGHLY recommend TheraNest.

I have worked with Theranest every working day since early 2017. I appreciate the tools that permit users to be thorough in tracking activities. The security for clients is important and effective. Support is responsive and helpful. The knowledge base is growing and up-to-date which is extremely helpful when bringing new people on board.

I have used three other practice management systems and am extremely satisfied with TheraNest. I am looking forward to implementing their recent expansion into telehealth. TheraNest saves me time so I can focus on other important areas of my life, namely my family.

I am a solo private practice licensed social worker who is not tech savvy! I absolutely love Theranest! Very initutive and easy! It's saves time by pulling in your diagnosis to your treatment plan and progress notes. You can copy notes quickly. Billing us simple and easy too! My clients make their own appointments via the portal and complete my intake process.

TheraNest has been great to work with and to utilize as I started my private practice over four years ago. It is easy to use and continues to offer new advances which just helps my practice. Highly recommend.

I love it. The program is very easy to use and the trainings are set up so that you can squeeze one in during a break. Customer support is excellent and though they’re not able before or after certain hours, they communicate this so you can set your day up. I’ve recommended Theranest to colleagues who are also very happy with the program.

I have been using Theranest for 4 years now. I am in private practice and have found that this program has really helped me to streamline scheduling, keeping client information and case notes, and billing all into one place. It does not require very much time on my part and it saves me a great deal of money. I recommend them to my friends in private practice all the time.

Therapist staff both the help desk and the others have been more than cooperative. I would recommend this as the service continues to expand and become refined.

I used Theranest for the reminder service portion of the website. I wanted it to text two people for one appointment and it could't do it. So I left Therenest for another service that could do it.

I would like to start this review by saying that there will always be "something more" that you wish you had from technology. For me, the greatest sign of a good EHR, and company in general, is whether they are continually striving to make things better. TheraNest has a wonderful community that looks for feedback, both positive and negative, on a continuous basis which puts them at the top of my list for EHR recommendations. Even if they didn't have such wonderful customer service, the EHR is one of the best values out there financially, and meets every need that I have plus some.
