Horrific waiting time

We can confirm that your order was placed at 4pm and dispatched from us at 6am the following morning, well within a 24-hour period.
Once the parcel leaves us, it is in Royal Mail’s hands and the delivery timeframe is unfortunately out of our control.

Products were perfect exactly as described. The delivery price, time and updates were a real let down. Over £7 for 1st class delivery, took 5 days to arrive and didn’t receive a single update after getting an email saying it was received.
