So far so good. Put my claim in in September of 2023 and TRL have got everything together including admission from lenders that they have done wrong.

Think of the worst job you ever had, times this company by 10. Most unprofessional and toxic company you can ever work with. They treat their staff like absolute dog sh**. They also have a habit of getting your wages wrong each month. And if they overpay you by accident, then all hell is loose.
Never valued their staff, constant primary school meeting over the smallest thing, blame culture, bullying, favouritism. Can be here ALL day.

My PCP claim was referred to then back in November, said I would receive a call in 5 working days. Never received anything. Today I received an email from Fairweather (who referred me to The Refund Lawyer) saying that these have closed/refused my case. It's been 4/5 months with absolute zero communication? Absolute joke in my opinion

Keep away.Scam.They never give you refund money.

Just called and spoke to a very nice lady called Emma who took down my details to start the process. Emma was absolutely brilliant, great customer service and really pleased to be able to help me.
Text and email came thought seconds after confirming the application had been accepted.
Such a simple and straightforward process with Emma and the claim is now being actioned.

Absolutely fabulous this company are a very professional customer related service based on honesty trustworthy and transparency that’s all you need to have this legal company by your side all the way to the end and you only pay when they win your case to those companies that don’t inform you about owing you money that belongs to you, what a service what more can you ask for. They were transferred my case by Fairweather without my knowledge. They do not respond to emails and do not keep you updated on the progress. I would never use them again and definitely would not recommend.
