Fair and straightforward process to review the saddle and agree method of sale. Was useful to be able to get regular updates and without any hassle in terms of interaction, until the point of sale. Far better experience than trying to sell anything via an online platform myself!!!!

Great customer service, simple to use with speedy payment
I contacted the Saddle Bank because I did not want to have to drive to the place where I originally bought the saddle from. Saddle bank has a really simple process for uploading details of your saddle and gives a quote based on the evidence. It is so easy to book the courier which is included in the price. They even provide guidance on how to pack your saddle! Then, once the condition of the saddle is confirmed, they pay! It was so simple and I am so pleased. I will definitely use again if I need to sell or buy a saddle. Thank you

Sold a saddle through the saddle bank…
Sold a saddle through the saddle bank as it was a bit of a difficult sell (brand that has a fairly niche market!). Took a few months for them to sell but cannot fault the process at all, sending the saddle to them was easy, they valued it fairly, advertised it well and once sold payment has popped into my bank account very quickly with no hassle whatsoever. I suspect had I continued to try to sell myself I'd have ended up dropping the price and getting less overall even taking into account what they take as commision. If you have a saddle that is worth a reasonable amount that's not likely to be an easy sell I would definitely recommend the saddle bank!

We returned a saddle.
We bought our saddle from The Saddle Bank a year ago, but sadly we lost our beloved horse in June & decided not to continue riding. First I tried to sell independently but didn't have much luck. Then Jade from the Saddle Bank contacted me via messenger and asked about the saddle, she was very informative, and explained the process, we received a quote quickly, after accepting and completing a form, we were sent a pre-paid label. From the saddle leaving our house on Tues to arriving at TSB took one day! They kept us informed the whole time a and we were paid by Friday. The whole process was so easy.

Brilliant service
I had an absolutely brilliant experience with The Saddle Bank. They contacted me after seeing my saddles on Facebook. They set up my account and sent my quotes within minutes. The prices offered were more than I’d put them on Marketplace for. The courier to send the saddles was included in the quote and easy to arrange. The money was transferred within a couple of days with no questions asked. The whole process made selling two very precious items associated with so many amazing memories a lot easier.
