Brilliant service
I had an absolutely brilliant experience with The Saddle Bank. They contacted me after seeing my saddles on Facebook. They set up my account and sent my quotes within minutes. The prices offered were more than I’d put them on Marketplace for. The courier to send the saddles was included in the quote and easy to arrange. The money was transferred within a couple of days with no questions asked. The whole process made selling two very precious items associated with so many amazing memories a lot easier. I hope who ever buys them has as much fun in them as I did. Thank you The Saddle Bank :)

Offered the best price I could find after contacting numerous companies and were accommodating to change the delivery time when I was unable to be in for my saddle collection time slot.

I was very sceptical about using The Saddle Bank but I am so pleased that I’d did. From start to finish they have kept me informed and been true to their word with timelines and payment.

Saddle bank have had 2 of my saddles…
Saddle bank have had 2 of my saddles one which was brought outright the other on commission both which have been thoroughly explained on how each process works. Every step with them had been super easy from my quote to pick up to payment highly recommended saddlebank looking forward to buying a saddle from them in the near future.

Although I knew Saddle Bank took a larger commission on a cheaper saddle it was worth it not to have the hassle of dealing with potential buyers.
All information is clear and honest on their website. I have another saddle and will definitely use them again.

The saddle bank were great to deal with. Saddle was as described and arrived very quickly. The lovely little touch of a personalised letter to my horse and the little bag of haribo were really special. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new saddle.
