Received chocolate best before a YEAR AGO! Not acceptable.

Placed an order on the 6th of October and paid for next day delivery.
Now on the 12th of October hermes is still awaiting my package.

The website is easy to use and the products are reasonably priced and you have plenty to choose from. Paying is easy and straight forward. Great experience and this is my second purchase. Our favourites are the welchs fruit snacks as well as the singles to go so far.

I sent you an email yesterday after I received my package and the items I received were out of date by nearly 3 months I did send a picture of the items but still I haven't had a reply

My order had an item missing, I told them and they said they posted it. Two weeks later and the item hasn't shown up.

it was great to get my favorite candy again i look forward to doing buisnes with you again .

A few of the products were past the “best before” date by over 6 months. I am happy to provide pictures for evidence. I believe they should’ve at least been discounted to compensate for this.

My first order was spot on, my 2nd order unfortunately was a different story.. out of £25 worth of stuff £13 was out of date, I would of sent it back but it would cost me to post it so it ended up in the bin.. this is my treat for my 10 year old daughter who loves American candy.. I've messaged them twice to tell them but not had a reply, not even a message back to say they had received my messages.. your loss if you order, the 1st one may be good (like mine was) but please take note of the negative feedback as your future purchase will be deemed for the bin..

Pleased I hadn’t ordered a lot of chocolate as item I’d ordered was so melted had to be thrown out other than that pleased with order

Really enjoyed finding products you don't see often in the shops. Really enjoyed and could have spent more money lots of lovely treats to buy.

Wow what a great service everything came and on time

Order arrived and crisp packets had all burst cereal box damaged and sauce leaking in box not good enough for 50 quids worth

Hadn’t heard of the snack chest before , but reviews were good, so gave them a try and I wasn’t disappointed. Great prices and fast delivery , I will be definitely ordering from them again

The pop bounced about in the package and the cheetos were all popped open hence all over the stupid box when I opened it and I really didn't want to eat them off of the bottom of the box the way things are in the world today. Won't be ordering again. So sorry. Please take a lot better care when packaging your orders. Pickers should know better as I have been one for years now and I know better.
