This is the first time I purchased from the shop. I did not get any update of my order 7 days after placing my order. I sent 2 emails asking for an update but no response ! Eventually, I got email about update of my order which was just shipped out. I received the order packed in good condition and arrived earlier than what I expected. Thanks

I could not find the Doc Martin shoes anywhere, but found them here.. I was so happy. Fast delivery and I love the shoes would buy from them again and I highly recommend them.

The product ordered did not arrive. When I queried I was told to check with Royal Mail who said I must contact the store. The second Time I questioned I got no response at all.

Left it too late due to bank Holidays to receive my order before I went on holiday. One quick phonecard later and the order was on its way. People are quick to criticise companies but these went above and beyond and deserve credit. Would use again without doubt.

Trainers arrived damaged with black marks down sides of each one. No returns note in package. No reply to emails sent on 3rd, 6th & 15th May 2023 respectively, or phone. PayPal case opened as no other avenue to pursue.
