Bike to Glasto used 2 units at the Avonmouth site. We can't praise the service, site or facilities highly enough. Dave especially was very helpful and accommodating, including when we asked for an additional unit at short notice. There's plenty of vehicle space unlike at other storage places and a clean toilet for customer use. Real care is taken with clients and in keeping the site clean.

After moving to Tewkesbury and starting refurbishments on our new home, I suddenly found out the house needed a full rewire so I had to make space for them to carry out the work. I had previously spoken with Crystal at the Space Program and she had been friendly, professional and not at all pushy so I gave her another call and she very quickly arranged for me to come and view the different available units. I was able to start the hire from the following day which allowed me to hire a van and move everything into the unit that I needed to. Throughout the period of hire, I had to go in and out of the unit regularly to retrieve items and put others into storage and Crystal was always on hand with a smile and a friendly chat which made the whole experience much more personable and significantly helped to ease the stress of moving.

If I were to hire a storage unit in the future, I would not hesitate to get in touch with Crystal at the Space Program. Very highly recommended, can't fault it.

We used The Space Program as a business storage solution for around 3-4 years. The team that run the sites are brilliant, they take such pride in the presentation of the units and they provide very high quality customer service. It must be said that Dave (based in Avonmouth) is exceptional and will do everything he can to help in many situations. I would recommend them to anyone looking to use self storage (for business or personal use), I would use again in a heart beat if needed. The site's are secure and it's evident that as a company they take security very seriously.
They are competitive, trustworthy and true to their word. All of which are rare to find in a business these days.

The space program team were extremely helpful, we needed a storage unit really last minute and were able to get the keys to the unit the same day we enquired with them. They were really flexible with the amount of time we needed the unit for and were really helpful throughout! Highly recommend :)

Storage dry, secure, accessible with good access on site. Nice to have a helpful site manager in working hours. Invoices regular. Nothing not to like really.

I needed a last minute help to find a storage place near me as my moving siruation suddenly changed. The staff was extremely kind and helpful even though it was a Good Friday morning. They talked me through everything patiently and I could move my stuff into one of the storage containers that day. I love their flexibility, willingness to help, kindness and little freebees I got. Especially a can of drink as we were too busy to buy any 😊

The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly, and will make sure your experience is a positive one. There is a wide range of containers, one to suit your needs. Access is 24/7 which makes it very flexible.

Great storage good price no complaints

Sarah made my experience great. She is brilliant. I appreciated the flexibility that you give with regards to notice. When you are in the situation I was in ( not knowing a completion date and then when told one it changed) this is invaluable.
The units are clean and dry. Sarah advised on the unit size that I required and got it spot on. She also made sure that I was able to lock and unlock it which may sound like a simple thing to do however anything mechanical causes me anxiety and she made sure I was confident in using it.
My only criticism would be that the roadway to my unit had some huge potholes. As it was raining a lot during my storage time these would fill with water and I got quite muddy however everything else was excellent. Thank you.
