I ordered some product in November. Today a $16.95 charge appeared on my Visa. The explanation was that I signed up for a perks program and it had a 30 day free trial. Once trail was over a 16.95 charge. First, I never signed up for perks, second they never sent me any emails to confirm or explain. Never sent communication advising free trail over. Just charge me and hope I don't notice. This is a scam and swiss colony should be ashamed for taking g advantage of senior citizens. Buyer beware.

I sent a gift to my daughter and they opened an account under her name and my daughter is getting billed for the order! I called to straighten it out and I’m told I have to submit a notarized letter saying I will take responsibility for her account! She never opened an account with them! I’m just going to pay this off as quickly as possible and never order from them again. Most of the products I’ve received are old and subpar.

for the Christmas holiday we ordered over $500 worth of goods to be sent to family members. 3 of the family members still have not received their gifts. Numerous contacts have been made to the company. At one point we were given a $30 discount and the items were to be remailed. they were never received to date. Never count on these folks. It helped put a damper on our holiday.

The quality was really poor for the price. The gifts showed up way late. And then my credit card was fraudulently used by someone there; a month after my real purchase, they made a Hulu purchase and signed me up for “Swiss Colony Perks.” I’m lucky my credit card company flagged it.

Did not recieve order on time for a Christmas present.
Then recieved notice of weather delay.
I called Swiss Colony and the lady told me it was out of their hands and to call Fed Ex.
Then I recieved a notice that my package was recieved by some guy named Emato.
I called my credit card company and disputed the charges (which they did).
Package miraculously showed up the next day without notice.
It was in total disarray and missing items.
I then began recieving letters from Swiss Colony threatening to report me to the credit bureau.
I contacted my credit card co. and they informed me that Swiss Colony had stopped responding to them.
Needless to say...I will no longer be ordering anything from this company again.
I advise everyone to avoid the head ache and incompetence of this company.
Try Hillshire Farms instead!

I ordered a basket for my son for Christmas. I will never order anything from them. They actually sent me something that I looked at but did not order. They gave me the order number and said they emailed it to me then later changed the facts to "we sent the order number via snail mail" Now they want me to pay for a nortorized letter to get the account out of my son's name and put it in my name

I order ever year and somehow they got me on a monthly charge of $16, which did nothing for me. When I finally figured out, 4 months later, that it wasn’t part of my Christmas order, I cancelled it. They wouldn't return the charges. I will never order from them again as I might click on the wrong thing and get charged again. My Christmas this year of over 300$ goes to a different company. So them getting 4 months from me is the last of my money they will see.

Crying because she didn't know she would receive a gift from anybody as beautiful as the gift she got from you guys. She said not even his husband could ever she think can come up with such a beautiful gift for her ever so when she found out its coming from me Chocolates flowers and a chair ..she cried so much because she was not expecting to receive flowers as she thought u only get flowers when your dead..she said in her lifetime she never gotten flowers not even from her husband so she cried when she found out its from her son

I ordered two gift baskets on Dec. 7th 2025 for relatives in Boston. Since I never received a text or Christmas card, I wondered what was wrong, but since I received an email confirmation and order number, I just thought they were mad at me or something. Finally on Jan 15th, I called, and they said the order was cancelled! I am furious! When I asked for a discount, they said NO. So I went to Hickory Farms and ordered them, at least they will get there a MONTH LATE! What kind of excuse will not sound lame? Thanks for nothing!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. They are way overpriced for what you receive. They overcharge for S&H. The directions you receive in the box is misleading and they don’t specify if that’s for opened or unopened cheese and sausage. It was a BIG waste of my money. I called to discuss it and they proceeded to tell me it was my fault and the problem was on my end. They have lost my business.

I never received an email regarding delivery. The product was rotten by the time I got to it. I complained, they kindly resent it, but again, no email. The first time, they said they didn't have my email address. I made a point of giving it to them for the second delivery. But still no email. I'll never order from them again.

Delicious triple chocolate petite fours--the best! I love the brickle--hard to stop eating it!

Would not even give them 1 star horrible customer service never received product and said nothing they can do have been speaking with them for over a week with no results except them saying nothing they can do

I ordered 3 gifts for family members in another state. Both family member said they received double the order which I did not approve, I am stuck paying for the orders. Will never buy from Swiss Colony again.

My son ordered the lasagna, shepherds pie and 6 other dishes. The only 2 we opened so far are those 2. The shepherds pie first night. I make it a lot. I have never tasted anything that bad. The chopped meat looked and tasted like dog food . Second night the lasagna, had the same chopped meat. Threw it out. Will never order prepared food from Swiss Colony. Sorry to insult anyone but, it was terrible.

Ordered through Amazon. They shipped to the wrong location, which was supposed to be a Christmas present. With having a week before delivery, they refused to correct the issue. I now don't have the present that I wanted to give. I will NEVER buy Swiss colony from Amazon or from Swiss colony. Read the negative reviews before you order.

My family and I have been ordering from Swiss Colony for years... but that ends today 12/24/25.
The portions used to be much more generous for the price... now they have cut the portions to a unacceptable amount for the price you pay and their packaging is deceptive. They did not even fill the tin and instead of two layers they put in the tin a styrofoam spacer for the appearance of you are getting an appropriate amount of product. Also the shipping methods are extremely unreliable and slow.
What a shame used to be a great company. In my sincere opinion not at all anymore!

Ordered for several people. Last two orders never showed up. Called swiss colony, who said once it's shipped its not their problem. NEVER AGAIN.
