Ordered a few pairs and they did take a while. But they’re a small business so it’s to be expected. They’re definitely legit though.

I would highly advise against ordering from them. Ordered a pair of shorts from them 3 months ago. Contacted customer service who still won't provide me an answer on the status of my order. Please dispute the charges to your credit card company if you ordered from there and have not received your package.

This company has stolen from us. We expected a refund from a merchandise that we returned and they avoid us at all cost. They do not respond to emails and there is no customer service line. I have decided to file a police report for this. Ordered on November 2023, received WRONG ORDER on April 4 and still awaiting refund since April 27!! Unbelievable!

Complete scam I’ve waited 6months for a pair of shorts, nothing but excuses & nothing ever arrives, I’m now £40 out of pocket so don’t waste your time or money just avoid at all costs!!

I would give them a 5 star but the shipping time frame was a bit long. Once I received my items they very well made up for the delay.
The items were just like the picture and true to size.
I can see why people thought they were a scam due to the shipping time frame but I got mine and so did my brother.

I’ve ordered from here in 5 different occasions. Not once have I ever had a problem with them. Got all my orders and absolutely love them. The wait time can be a bit long but it’s definitely worth it.

I ordered a pair of shorts from the Urban Sports Culture on December 2023 and never received the merchandise. I followed up with e-mails a number of times. I never received a tracking number and although I continued to contact them via e-mail to request one, they continued to string me along. I never received the tracking number or the merchandise. It is unbelievable with this company do not order from them they will keep your money.

Ordered from them December 26 2023. And still nothing. I followed up a few times and no tracking number still. First time they said it was cause of a backup in orders due to holidays. Second time they said that it wasn't updated by the courier so they had to do a reshipment. And even now nothing. Definitely a scam and not worth it. On social media like TikTok and Instagram they delete comments of people asking about their order or when people say they haven't gotten their order in months. Refunds are only available within 24 hours of ordering. Complete waste of money and time. Save yourselves from this trash company scam.

Ordered from them in January 2024. Every time I reached them, always had some excuses like they are still processing the items and that nothing they can do, they are waiting for the warehouse. To this date still no update and stopped answering emails. Site is a scam. Don't buy!!!

Order was placed on April 16th 2024, or 21 calendar days, 16 business days ago. No shipping information has been provided, and when I reached out to customer service via email I got negative results. The initial email back from them was just quoting the business policies regarding shipping. They have already broken those terms. Since I tried emailing them again, they have not responded. Doing a little digging into their reviews, this seems a common business practice for them, never shipping the paid for items. I wish I had done a bit more research before placing the order, as it was damn near $100 that I may as well write off now. BBB complaint has been filed.

Ordered a pair of shorts November 12. Expected to get the tracking information a month later and I had to email them about it. Got excuses like because of the holiday they are back up. I ordered way before any holiday. Once I got a tracking number it said the carrier was still waiting for the package. I’ve been getting the run around ever since. Sad part is I thought I could trust them since I ordered a pair of shorts from them before but nope. Don’t trust them.

Placed order and paid for item. It has been over 35 days and my order is still not even processed.
They have terrible and rude customer service.
This website is a total scam, I wouldn’t waste your money.

Placed an order on official website early September, money taken from my account the next day, but nearly 2 months later, have not received purchase. Tracking provided by company still shows package waiting to be picked up by carrier. I'm done waiting, glad I paid with a credit card...always pay for online purchases with a protected payment method.

Authentic sports wear website their shorts are awesome in quality i just fell in love with them.

Absolute worse website I have ever bought items from. Says takes 7-10 days to send shipping orders and 1-30 days to send out orders, I have been waiting for close to 30 days and nothing’s been sent out. They also make use of covid as an excuse for the delay, it’s 2022 not 2019, there’s is no way there should be shipping delays like the start of covid. Emails are not replied to promptly as well, customer service simply chooses to ignore emails till I send another email. $200 just sitting in their bank account for a whole month, without me receiving any products. Absolute horrid of a company.

The quality of their pants are horrible too, their huge print nba logo pants just stuck to itself and when I tried to pull it apart, the printing ripped itself out.
