Great customer service
My order was lost by Royal Mail and a lovely lady named Kelly helped resolve the issue fast and accordingly. I didn't face any annoyance or stress as she was eager to help. I've been purchasing from this company for about two years now and I have never faced issues and this was the first time but it was handled so well therefore, I will be returning to purchase again (as they're also really good products). Thank you team :)

Respuesta de The White Smiles
We’re sorry to hear the strips didn’t meet your expectations this time. Results can vary depending on factors like enamel type or previous whitening history.
If you decide to try them again, please feel free to reach out — we’d be happy to recommend a product or treatment plan that may work better for you, and check if there are any current offers to help with the cost.
Thanks again for giving us a try!

I have been using White Smiles for over a year and I am so super happy with their service and their products. I always receive an order email before I have even left the site. My order has always arrived quickly and I know I can trust them to deliver the original products and not inferior products like some other sites I have used.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing, brilliant company and product
So I got these because dentists are so expensive now, especially with long waiting lists. From day 1, my teeth were whitened. Tonight will be day 5 and I cannot wait to see where I will be at day 20. If all continues to go well, I will do this annually.
