Great product
I recently tried White Smiles, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! I underwent their professional teeth whitening treatment, and the results were nothing short of amazing. After just one session, my teeth looked significantly whiter, and the effects lasted for several months. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, which made the process comfortable and enjoyable. While the price was a bit on the higher side, the quality of service and the results definitely justified it. I highly recommend White Smiles for anyone looking to brighten their smile!"

Disgusted by request for 5* review
Ordered from you loads of times this time I forgot the code for an extra 5% discount and emailed to ask if it could be added after the order to be honest I expected a no and that would have been fine it was my fault However I was shocked by my reply basically saying I could have the discount if I gave a 5* review for your services but not if I didn’t I’m disgusted and will think twice about using a company that has to bribe customers for good reviews

Respuesta de The White Smiles
We are truly sorry to hear that our previous communication has caused any frustration. Our intention was never to make you feel uncomfortable, but rather to kindly ask if you might consider leaving a review based on your positive experience, especially given that you’ve ordered from us multiple times, which led us to believe you were happy with our products and service. We do not, and would never, bribe for reviews.
It’s unfortunate that this gesture of goodwill was misunderstood. We truly value all feedback, whether positive or constructive, and we believe that positive reviews should come naturally from genuine satisfaction. Sadly, it’s often the case that some are more willing to share a review when dissatisfied, while those who are happy may not leave one.
