I believe my order to be fake
I believe the product I ordered, the Crest Whitening Strips Professional Effects LUXE 3D White, is fake.
I've used the real product before; it's meant to leave your teeth sensitive and the gums discoloured if it makes contact with the strip, with the whitening working after the 5th or 6th use. This does not. Also, the packets have a poor double print and smudges.
After having used the strips and peeling them off, no residue is left on the teeth.

We’d like to assure you that we do not sell counterfeit or fake products. All of our items, including the Crest Whitening Strips Professional Effects LUXE 3D White, are sourced exclusively from reputable suppliers who purchase directly from the manufacturers.
We understand your concerns, but please note that tooth and gum sensitivity is not an indicator of product authenticity. In fact, when used correctly, Crest Whitening Strips should not cause discomfort or damage to your gums. Sensitivity can vary from person to person and may depend on individual dental conditions or application technique.
Regarding the packaging, Crest regularly updates its design and manufacturing formats, which can result in variations in print quality or layout. These differences do not reflect the authenticity or performance of the product.
If you are still unsure, we welcome you to reach out to our customer service team on support@thewhitesmiles.com so we can assist further or verify your batch directly.

While we receive very few complaints of this nature, it's important to understand that individual results can vary. Several factors—such as diet, habits like drinking black coffee or tea, smoking, sugar intake, and oral hygiene can all influence the whitening process. Genetics may also play a role.
Customers who regularly whiten or have done so before often see faster results. For optimal outcomes, we recommend completing the full course of 20 treatments. These factors should be considered when evaluating the effectiveness and expected timeline of whitening treatments.

We want to clarify that we do not offer a money-back guarantee or refunds for used products, as outlined in our policy.
While we receive minimal complaints of this nature, it's important to understand that individual results can vary due to several factors. Diet, habits such as consuming black coffee, tea, sugary foods, smoking, and oral hygiene practices can all impact the effectiveness of whitening treatments. Genetics can also play a role in how well the whitening process works. Customers who have had previous whitening treatments or maintain a regular whitening routine may see results more quickly. Although many would see results with 3-5 treatments, some require more and full results are typically achieved with 20 treatments.
We recommend considering these factors when evaluating your progress.
