The Whiz Cells Opiniones

Always quick and easy!
Great customer service

They offered the best price of several online services. It was processed on the same day that it was received from USPS. I received the full estimated value on the same day by use of a debit card.

I found a forgotten phone in a drawer while cleaning and discovered it was worth money. I was actually about to throw it away, but turned it into cash instead. And it was super easy!

Was a little skeptical about the process at first but they did let me know everything was going well and I got the money for the phones I sold quickly in my bank account I will use them again when it comes necessary

So easy - the only work was dealing with USPS.
Highly recommend

My honest opinion, I usually don't write reviews, but this service was fast, they're not messing around. 100% satisfied.

Amazing, fast, reliable and they kept the agreed price!

Great and easy process. Highly recommend The Whiz Cells.

They were quick on sending me my money. Sent me a pre paid postage. I like the different options on how you want to get paid. After searching a lot of places, this was the one that came out with the most payout.

The only thing negative I have to say is they said there were scratches on the screen and took off $80. I know i had a screen protector on there and that phone did not have scratches on it. I take great care of my phones.

Everything was easy and worked well. Got the check in the mail about when they said I would for the amount that they originally estimated. Process worked fine, satisfied with the outcome.

This wasn’t my first time selling a phone online, but it was by far the best experience I’ve had. They sent me a pre-labeled package, and on the very same day my device arrived, they examined it and emailed me with their findings. I’ve never had a company respond so quickly. They even matched an offer I received from another buyer and stayed extremely responsive throughout the entire process; if I sent an email, I’d have a reply within the hour. Best of all, I received payment the same day I accepted the offer, followed by a confirmation email to ensure I had received it.

Low ball offer, I wouldn't use them again. My phone worked fine and had a minor crack on the back. Front screen had no cracks and they reduced their offer by $100.

Super fast to process my trade. Paid what they said. Great experience!

I have always gotten the best value for the devices that I have traded-in to The Whiz Cells.

Very simple

Great experience, fast payment!

First time user and the service was amazing . I sent in a phone that was perfect and was given a value for it.

Would not hesitate to use again

The whiz upheld their end of the deal and got it all right! They definitely have a returning customer. Fast and easy.

They do what they say they will do! Great transaction unlike another Brocompany that does not

I used this company for the first time and the experience was fast, easy, and very well explained. The company sent me emails letting me know once the order request had been submitted and also the steps to mail the phone. Once they got my phone, they also notified me via email letting me know they got it, and then the final steps to receive the check payment in the mail. This was the option I selected, and I received the check in a few days. Overall, very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Team for making this a very good experience!
