Hi Doreen,
We noticed last week there was a slight delay with Royal Mail for some reason. I will email you shortly with the the tracking of the samples. If you could please reply with the correct address, I can send these out again. We do have a message on the delivery option if you have not received the samples within 4 days to contact us directly. I have checked the tracking, this is showing as being delivered

Fabulous service, just bought the stair kit, 1 piece was damaged and I phoned them straight away and they organised for it to be replaced straight away, customer service was brilliant, thanks again will definitely order again

I would strongly recommend them and please apologize for the poor reviews on the first one but I thought it was taken too long and it wasn’t that way

Excellent service from the Hillington…
Excellent service from the Hillington team. Firstly, we visited a lot of floor stores and this wasn’t the biggest but it had the best selection. The staff gave us helpful advice to help us choose the right product and the right quantity. They were very flexible with deliveries and returns which meant we could take advantage of their sale. The herringbone LVT was fitted by their fitter Michael and looks superb. Really good to deal with a company that delivers such a good (and human!) service. Thanks to Alan and team :)

Flooring starts to break up after just two years.
Our flooring (Herringbone SPC flooring Hudson Bay Delta A) isn't lasting very well. It has started cracking at the joints, and several boards are starting to lift.
We have contacted THE WOODEN FLOOR STORE customer service and they have shown no interest in rectifying this problem.
I would not recommend this company.

I'd give 10 stars if i could! Absolutely fantastic service. Communication was great. All items recieved undamaged and safely packed. The quality of the wood is outstanding and so is the underlay. Would definitely recommend thank you 😀
