Overpromised, but not without value
As with many things in life, this program is neither exceptionally good nor particularly bad. It took me a long time to convince myself to try it because of the negative reviews, but in the end, I’m glad I gave it a chance.
I think many of the people who feel disappointed were expecting the program to live up to some very big promises. Will your trauma be released in 30 days? For most people, the answer will likely be no. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean the program doesn’t work: it just means it may take longer than suggested.
I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for 15 years and have tried almost everything at this point, so I’m glad I also gave this program a fair shot. It hasn’t reduced my pain so far, but I can see how it might help over time. What I did experience was a greater sense of calm through the exercises, and I found it especially helpful as a way to wind down in the evenings.
I also think it’s important to mention that this program may work differently for different people. If you’re looking for immediate relief or a clear, measurable outcome, this program might feel frustrating. But if you’re open to a slower, more gentle approach focused on relaxation and nervous system regulation, you may get more out of it.
For that reason, I can still recommend the program. Just try not to go in with very high expectations. I do think the marketing could be more careful about the promises it implies. Especially since many people drawn to this program have already been through a lot, it’s important not to give the impression of quick or guaranteed results.
That said, I understand the balance that needs to be struck. While Liz is a trauma survivor herself, she is also running a business and I respect that as well.

Release of decades long fears, even terror
This has been so healing for me. Although the emotions that are arising are challenging, I am doing the exercises each evening before bed. A couple of mornings, I have woken up crying. I experienced childhood SA and I have done many things to heal. I am a breathwork teacher and that has been great. But, I find these somatic exercises bring me into the body when I lose my breath while experiencing fear, for instance. I am looking forward to even more progress.
