We had a great experience with The Yellow Van Company. Neil and Aaron were amazing — friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely to deal with. They loaded our entire two-bedroom house (around 60 sqm, plus garden) into the van in just two hours, and unloading took only another two hours.

At one point we were worried the chain might not complete, and when we asked about our options, they were incredibly reassuring and helpful. They told us not to worry and explained that they could put the van into storage overnight if needed, which gave us real peace of mind. We ended up waiting around four hours for the funds to arrive, which they reassured us is completely normal in chains. We booked six hours and, in hindsight, should have booked more time — not because of them at all, but because chains can be unpredictable. Definitely allow extra time if you’re in one.

Lastly, a shout-out to whoever designed the website: it’s extremely easy to use and made the whole process feel smooth. We’re very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them.

I had the pleasure of Qudeyf & Neil helping me out for the day. I booked 3 hours just to be safe. The drop of location was 5 floors with no lift. Start to finish was done in two hours including the over an hour drive.

Great conversations, super helpful and respectful and careful with my belongings too.
