The website had lots of information about the brand and it’s products and was so inviting, and there were some truly beautiful pieces to choose from. When I eventually chose my product, there was so much information about it so I knew what to expect in terms of specifications - really useful! I received my purchase so quickly after ordering and was so impressed by the simplicity of the packaging. I loved that it came with a pouch and a box (so perfect for gifting!). I also received a personal message with my purchase, which I was so surprised as you don’t get that these days, and it made me feel valued as a customer. My purchase itself was so beautiful, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The level of detail, precision and thought that went into the design and creation of this product is truly sensational and worth every penny. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone wishing to treat themselves, or thinking of buying a gift for a loved one, to visit Thimble Rose. I ordered the Sydney necklace in Garnet; it’s so pretty and dainty! The colour of the stone sits perfectly in the gold vermeil setting. It is my new everyday necklace.

I contacted the store before placing my order, and they were so lovely - answered all of my questions, and even sent me a video of the necklace (which I requested), to help me make my decision. My order arrived within the stated time.
