I ordered a simple spring bar tool. I found it at Watch Concierge Services as cheap as I'd seen it anywhere. However WCS is not a faceless conglomerate, it's a local business with a terrific reputation. I know where I'd rather my small purchase was made.

Sam’s London watch tour is absolutely fantastic. The consultation before hand was very thorough and made the entire day completely personalised. This meant all of the boutiques visited and and watches viewed were all valuable and the amount of contacts Sam has in the industry means everyone is very accommodating. Sam’s knowledge and insights into the boutiques and the watches means you get plenty of information and she’ll pick up on things you may have missed about a piece. I can’t recommend this service enough.

Fantastic service provided from Sam during the sale of my Rolex Turn-o-Graph and purchase of a new Datejust. Communication was first class and we even managed to connect in person with Sam travelling into London. Everything ran like clockwork with the purchase and the watch was exactly as described. Only slight mark was pointed out in advance and barely noticeable in person. Appreciate the honesty. The sale was equally as smooth with regular updates and transparency throughout. Would highly recommend for buying and selling a luxury watch. Much better price and return than larger outfits like Watchfinder who I have used in the past. Personal and highly professional service.

I got to the WCS website while searching for a panda chronograph, as a gift for my own 60th birthday.
After a reassuring chat over the phone, Sam kindly offered to bring the watch to London on the very day of the big "event", as I was travelling the morning after.
My Carl F Bucherer Heritage Bicompax Annual came in pristine condition, with all "trimmings" included, and at an excellent price.
Sam's knowledge and love for these beautiful machines is contagious.

I can’t recommend WCS highly enough!

I recently purchased a Cartier Santos from Sam at Watch Concierge Services. Having not come across the company before, I had a few questions around the watch, process etc and Sam was both quick and detailed in her responses which were very reassuring - her comms were spot on throughout, and vastly different to dealing with one of the big corporate sellers out there. Having checked out her background and the great reviews online I went ahead with the purchase, and am very pleased I did. The watch arrived exactly when she said it would, in excellent condition. A nice bonus was along with the full set (box, papers, bracelet sizing tool), the original purchase receipt was also included. Overall a great buying experience, would be delighted to buy from WCS again. Thanks Sam!

I have been super impressed and have used WCS a number of times for both selling and buying.

I purchased an Omega Speed master MRK3 from Sam early 2025.
I looked into having the watch serviced originally by Omega., but after contacting them and being told there was 6 months waiting list. I reached out to Sam; she quickly arranged for the watch to be fully serviced. In next to no time, I had the watch back, saving a considerable amount of time and expense.
From first contact and throughout all my dealings with Sam at the “Watch Concierge Services” I have received nothing but great customer support.

Bought myself a Breitling Navitimer B01 from WCS, ultimately via Instagram, after first spotting the watch listed on Chrono 24. Sam was a breeze to deal with, I got the watch for a price I was very happy with and that worked for the seller. I was nervous at first making such a big purchase via Instagram but the previous reviews helped assure me, and Sam was not pushy at all.

Communication is a really important aspect for me and I can’t fault Sam’s. She kept me updated on the progress of my order at all time (I opted for the professional polishing service) and my watch arrived a few days earlier than expected.

The watch itself is in better condition than I expected. It’s only 2 years old but after the polish, it looks brand new, not a single sign of wear that I can see.

I would not hesitate to buy another watch from WCS in the future.
