Very good support service
Matthew dealt with my login problem very well and very professionally. He showed lots of patience and was easy to understand. He was a lot better than most corporate telephone advisors.

My order came within a few days of placing it and was as expected. The posters and safeguarding cards will all be useful and I think will provoke people to be more aware of a safeguarding issues. .

The goods were sent swiftly, though I couldn't track them
The goods were sent quite quick, though I didn't have a tracking number. I had to install an APP that didn't help much.
In any case, all the books and materials arrived in good conditions.

Seeing the book advertised on Thirty…
Seeing the book advertised on Thirty one eight was not what it looked like when it arrived. Quite different. It was a very thin book and expensive for what it is.
The book could have quite easily been posted in an med envelope which would have not cost as much as the postage required.
