Great resources and a great team!
Really helpful customer services team and great resources which we used with adults and children for Safeguarding Services and Junior Church. They got the message across in a very invitational, engaging and non-threatening way. We will certainly use them again. Thank you :-D

Excellent intergenerational material
Safeguarding Sunday was an important experience in worship for our church. The material from Thirtyone:eight was excellent, very inclusive of all ages and adaptable to our own context. Great video about Culture of Safeguarding, thank you very much!

Poor Customer Service
I ordered children's work resources more than a week in advance for Safeguarding Sunday and they didn't arrive. There's apparently no printable version either so I now, at the last minute, have to change my plans and am no longer doing Safeguarding Sunday.
Called about it and the lady said that the issue would be my address (even though everything else with the same address gets delivered).

We are very sorry that you did not receive your order. While your order was shipped in plenty of time, on rare occasions, issues can arise with Royal Mail. This means orders sometimes arrive later than expected or not at all. If this happens we will always seek to offer a resolution, such as a full refund, which we processed for you earlier today after speaking with you.

They are very professional and extremely helpful to volunteers, charity workers and anybody also. I have been working in call centers for more than 15 years and know the difference between customer service and professional customer services.
