this is a middleman company for diesel parts. They sold me 2 bad parts. 1 was a used part for my transmission and a waterpump made by dieselsite. the waterpump fell apart in my block after 500 miles. the impeller spun off and caused $2000 in damage. thourobred would not help at all with the damage and dan from dieselsite said it was installed incorrect! Its 2 bolts, how is that even possible? Buyer beware dieselsite parts are just knock offs. chinees part last longer.

Ordered a high pressure pump. All went well, except the pump was faulty. Stuff happens, no big deal. They sent out another and said they'd pay to have it installed if the old pump was faulty. The new pump has been running great now for 3 weeks and they refuse to pay for what they agreed to. They tell me the pump was ok, the spec sheet they sent me ACTUALLY shows the fault.

Bought from there a few times and have called for information when I had problems with my and I was helped right away. I ordered a down pipe for my 12 ram and got the wrong part and they emailed me a shipping label for me to ship it and as soon as I shipped it they sent me the correct pipe. I believe it was just a miss understanding between me and the salesman.

My wife purchased the EGR62 kit for my'04 F250. On the website it says kit comes with detailed instructions. It does not, If I would have gotten the EGR60 kit then I'd have gotten instruction. Also , it says on your website it does not require removal of intake. Correct me if I'm wrong here . But ain't the damn egr cooler under the intake ??? I think it is wrong to not give something in the kit that you say is there. Or is it I didn't spend enough money at your business ? When I called the store I was told by a guy he'd email them right out to me.1.5 hours later I called again , cause I haven't received them and was told the instructions don't come with that kit . I'd need to purchase the EGR60 kit to get instructions. Funny , I went on to sinister diesel website and they sell a similar kit , and was able to print off instructions for it . I know who is getting my money net time.

Shop ordered an IDM for my 7.3 through them. Was told one week to build it 1 day to ship it. It has been 21 days. And they still keep getting crap excuses. I will never do business here.

I placed an order online and was later contacted because the item was out of stock. No big deal. I went on the website and found a different version then resubmitted. Once again, I was contacted the next day because that item was also out of stock. This time I placed the replacement order over the phone and used the website and the customer service reps real-time inventory to make sure we didn't waste any more time.
Found an item, was told it was available. googled the wheels to see how they would look on my truck and noticed a few different versions of the same wheel. I checked with the rep before getting off the phone on which version I would be receiving.

1 week later, wheels finally arrive....the wrong set. Called them back to sort out the issue and was giving a racket about how they are going to process the return but basically played the card that they re doing me a huuuuuge favor. I should have read other reviews before working with this company.

Terrible company! Advertised an Edge programmer would ship with free next day air. They shipped it ground, I called and spoke to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. They could send me some stickers but that was it.

FRAUD!

Received a defective pump. Customer service is good. Returned pump. (Paid $17). Got a new pump that works
