I placed my order almost a month ago and haven’t got the item or received anything on it being shipped

The parts I ordered were correct and work as they should they were scratched up but they also sit inside the valley and really can’t be seen very well so it doesn’t much matter

Fast shipping, even with the current logistics situation in the world. Would recommend.

Happy with the parts. Had the wrong item shipped to me I reached out to the help department and they got the correct part out to me in a timely manner. Will be using them again for more upgrades in the near future.

Should have listed on website on back order instead of available. Just a good thing I’m not in a huge hurry for the product, some updates would be nice.

There communication is by far top knotch. Email with updated shipping and also when you contact them through email they respond within hours and follow up emails too. Products were on point and pricing was by far best.

There is false advertising what they showing the pictures is not what comes in the box. I called and they said take it or leave it. They said just send it back we can’t help you and yes they know the pictures are deceiving. They made it clear they were not going to make it right they just said to send it back if I wasn’t happy and they knew the pictures were not what was delivered in the box. The clamps show turbo clamps and what I got was just cheap old garden hose clamps. But I was doing the project and I couldn’t send it back because I needed to work on my truck that weekend. So I went out and bought some proper clamps just like it should have been for $15 just like the ones that were shown in the picture that were supposed to come. I will never order anything else from this company. False advertising is as bad as fake news. To be deceptive with the pictures that you display is wrong on so many levels.

Thank you for the great customer service. Even though UPS completely botched the delivery you guys immediately stepped up not once, not twice but three times. No excuses, no complaining, no hesitation, you took care of business professionally. Thanks for restoring my faith in modern business. You have earned my respect and my business.

Still have not received order, poor communication

Great tech support help. The clutch has been professionally installed and works like a charm. The tech guy gave me an exact recommendation for towing that I would not have chosen. That was a big plus.

Thoroughbred diesel is one of those rare companies that are left today. Reminds me my home town shoppes, it's an amazing shopping experience compared to big box retailers. From customer service, to quality products, and standing behind what they sell.. you'll find that they are well versed in these methods.

I ordered a diesel lift pump for the ol' duramax lb7 after watching one of thoroughbred diesels excellent YouTube reviews (yes!! did I mention they outline some products and note the pros and cons of purchasing?) The presentation was straight forward and gave me all of the information I needed to ensure this product would meet the needs I was looking for.

The pump and install kit arrived carefully shipped and well packaged.. easy install.. about an hour later i was on the road with plenty of power. The truck was a different beast.. and I loved it. Well about a week later I noticed a leak in the pump. I immediately called thoroughbred diesel and talked with the warranty department. Usually you are directed to contact the manufacturer for warranty.. but Vince Arnold was like an all around hero. He contacted the manufacturer for me, and resolved the issues very quickly. I had to ship the old pump to the manufacturer for inspection but Vince handled all the leg work. He courteously checked back with me to ensure the pump made it to the manufacturer and before I knew it he was om the phone with them getting things done yet again. A couple hours later I was informed by Vince that a new pump was being shipped out to me immediately. Thanks for being an excellent representative of good customer service.. keep up the good work im sure I'll be browsing for my goodies from thoroughbred in the near future!

Ordered an injector line for my 12valve, ordering was easy and it showed up relatively quick!

Kit did not have the necessary quick disconnect fittings I needed or all the jic fitting needs. Had to source my own out. Not a big deal but I paid $1000 so it’s a little disappointing

All parts were delivered in time and nothing missing.

I ordered a oem cummins exhaust manifold, I did not get a known shipping date. I contacted Thoroughbred, they had no eta either. I had to upgrade to a more expensive manifold, 200 bucks later Thoroughbred switched them out and I received the manifold in a timely manner. This situation is not the fault of Thoroughbred, but a update on back-ordered or long lead times of parts would have been appreciated. Since most of us use our trucks almost everyday, having them down for weeks is not feasible.

Got the KDP kit worked as it should , fast shipping .
