Received order quicker than expected, yet it was shipped in factory box from s&s with one piece of tape that was not holding at all. I would recommend tape on front and sides not just a little non stick tape in middle on the front flap or p
ut factory s&s box inside another box. Other than that I will be a repeat customer very happy with the easy quick process your company has.

I made my purchase of the BANKS Monster Ram Gen2 Intake Manifold with the impression that it was going to improve the performance or fuel mileage of my 2015 Ram 2500 6.7l Cummins MegaCab. I do have to take in account that I live at 5200ft in elevation and air is thinner up here. But to my disappointment it has done absolutely nothing for either performance or mileage. I have no quarrel with Thoroughbred diesel and there was a little blurb in the Gale Banks video about higher elevation. We will see how it works on my trip to South Texas in a couple of weeks.

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. Some of the worst customer service I have had also. All they do is try to justify why their part is perfectly fine and you did something wrong when in reality they sent me a bad part and didn’t want to warranty it. 100% do not recommend doing business with this company. My pickup has been down for almost 2 months now because of them. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I will be and a lot of people I know will be also.
