My subscription was charged in June and the transaction is still pending, so hasn't been shipped. I rang a company in the same building as I've sent several messages, tried to fb message etc and they said Thoughtcloud has stopped trading, taking off with money and not sending products! Unbelievable, you should be ashamed and refund all the money you have stolen immediately

I’m disappointed because I’ve been a customer for 6 years now and love your products, but I never received my last order and I sent several emails to customer service with no reply. I won’t be purchasing anything anymore.

My product has been in process since June 2nd.

This place has become a scam! I don't know what happened but I never received my order, all emails are bouncing back, enquiries are not replied to, and no reply about never having received my order.

I never received the order, and after multiple attempts to contact the company, I never heard back. After 6 weeks of no contact and not receiving my order, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Very disappointed in this company.

The audacity of this company. I ordered their products MONTHS ago. They charged my card but never shipped the product or communicated anything. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Months later, they send an email asking for a review. You’ve got to be kidding me. I will never shop here again.

Never delivered the product but took my money.

My product never showed up. This company used to be one of the best but I wasted $40 on something that never came. They had no customer service to get ahold of so I was just out $40. Never again

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Company used to be great. Not sure if they went out of business or are straight stealing from people now. They’re taking customer money and not fulfilling orders. They’re not responding to emails or customer service inquiries. I have an open dispute with my bank over a recent purchase from months ago that’s never been fulfilled. I really liked this company and it really sucks to see they turned like this. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered 2 months ago, never received product.

If I could rate you 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 6/6/23 for $232.00. My credit card was charged immediately, I received an order confirmation but nothing more, not an update on order or delivery status, NOTHING. I emailed and called to inquire and got NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I finally had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. Your product was great up until this transaction. Extremely disappointing after I had referred several friends to your product line.

This company stopped answering. Did not send last ordwer. Really a mess.
