6 weeks later and I still have not received my order, have left messages,texted,and e-mailed with no response

Never got my order!
I ordered in June and never receieved my purchase. I reached out via email and phone and did not receive a response. I have been using this company for years and didn't have a problem until now. I want a refund or my items at this point.

I ordered my product at the beginning of June and I still have not received it.

Never received my product and was charged twice

I never received my most recent order and when I called and emailed to find out what had happened I received no response .

I never received it! I also never received responses to my inquiry’s! Last purchase after coming here for years!

Order placed on May 27, 2023 is still in "processing" stage and I don't expect to ever get it. Seems the company is out of business, although the web site happily accepts new orders and payments. Their coconut oil-based CBD was the best, but alas, no more.

I never received my order #501014, placed May 27, 2023! I have emailed and called several times. No response to my messages. I posted this information on your Facebook page. Others responded with similar situations. Are you out of business? Can you refund my money? ThoughtCloud processed my payment immediately. Should I report ThoughtCloud to the BBB?

I placed an order in May and have not received it yet. After trying to contact the company on all their socials, everything wither bounces back or the account does not exist anymore.

BEWARE! NO LONGER IN BUSINESS BUT WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!

This company has obviously gone belly up. Money deducted from credit card and product never supplied. I'm wondering if a scam has taken over the site. Email is defunct. Their chat help never responds. Someone needs to take this website down as it continues to take peoples money.

Ordered CBD oil on May 25 and it’s still being processed. It’s now July 13. Very poor

I have been trying to communicate with this company for months -with no luck. I paid over $200 in May but never received my order. I've received 0 replies to my many online enquiries. Angry & disappointed, I'd finally written it off and given up, until just yesterday when I received an email from a direct ThoughtCloud email address!
It was from the CEO Leo's email, but I was shocked to see the message was only requesting that I write a review on here for my most recent order (the one that was never processed & shipped yet still successfully charged to my card).
Seriously, If they can be bothered to contact clients for this reason, it shows even more disrespect. They haven't bothered to inform us of what's going on.
I'd like to know because it's not purely about the money for me, even though I'm struggling on a pension. Just like another client of theirs stated here, we now have to start from scratch. It's difficult that we finally found something that worked for us instead of other prescriptions. I'm honestly devastated and no longer have much trust -nor finances- left to attempt to order more cbd oil from just anywhere.

Order #500968 placed on the 25th of May, still havent recieved it, Have not had any response to my emails or chat sessions

Paid immediately, my payment was taken out of my account immediately , still have not received my product, nor a refund, after almost 2 months. My messages, emails and phone calls go unanswered. Their website is still up and appears to be actively taking orders, yet when you look at their Facebook page you can see the number of people they have scammed

it’s been 8 weeks and I have NEVER received my order. No one replies to emails, we cannot call. There’s no way to get ahold of anyone.

It’s basically a loss of money. Such a scam
