you never sent my last order (may 29) and don't answer my emails inquiring about it

Ordered my item 6 weeks ago. Never received it. Customer service email bounced back as invalid and they don’t answer their customer service phone number. Beyond disappointing and they stole my money

Scam. Ordered from this company for years. Last order they never sent it. Contact phone number out of service. Email non existent any more. Disputed with my credit card.

I didn't receive the order it's been over three months. I called and left a messag with you about this and got no response. wondering if you've closed. I spent almost $100 on products from you.

I am so disappointed I ordered a bottle and it never arrived. I reached out to admin and help center and no one ever got back to me. I never got refunded and never received a product, would NOT recommend this company

Loyal customer for years. I’ve always raved about the company and the product. What is happening? Leo where are you? 2 placed orders. 2 orders never received. No response from customer service. Say something. You can’t just disappear and keep taking orders.

My order was never shipped, and I reached out to customer service 3 times over the course of a month and a half to try to get an update and no one ever responded. Disappointing since I was a long time customer and always liked the products. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Items have not arrived, it's been 7 weeks.. They do not answer phone calls or emails. They simply do not care.

Placed an order. Never received. No communication from the company and marked on Google that they are permanently closed. I still have not recieved a refund

Did not deliver product purchased. Did not respond to inquiries about purchase not being delivered and did not refund money. Seems like the company has gone bankrupt and surprised that their website is still up making sales and collecting money for purchases that they will not deliver.

First off if the company went to sh!t let the people know what’s going on instead of keeping everything up and running, letting orders be taken and MONEY be taken but no product being delivered, no emails answered as to why or phone calls. Iv been using ThoughtCloud for years and Iv never had a problem, loved all the products I was using. Got off of my sh!tty pharmaceutical anti depressants and anxiety meds with ThoughtCloud and now Iv got to start from square one again cause not all CBD companies or products are the same. Anyways thanks for reading my rant. I know I’m not the only one feeling this way. I hope we all get some answers.

it’s been a 7 weeks with no response from company. Thoughtcloud was awesome in the past. I’m guessing they got shut down. Contacted Tucows as listed whois registrar address in order to shut site down. They are still accepting orders and payments. Appears fraud like at this point. Will be contacting Google Domains for abuse as well.

Made a payment and never heard from them again, rmail and phone number are disconnected

You people are just awful. I have paid twice for items I’ve never received. You have NO customer service—no one ever answers the phone number, I leave messages and no one ever gets back to me, I’ve emailed over and over and no response. I’ve started shopping for a new place to buy cbd.
