Never got my last order and customer service never even answered my phone calls or emails.

Placed an order at the end of May. It's July 8 and I still haven't received it. Had previously been a customer for a few years. Thoughtcloud has really dropped the ball. Which is unfortunate because their product was really great.

The order never shipped, the money was taken out of my account in may, and I have never seen anything since. Very disappointed. Disputing the charge thru the credit card, because thought cloud hasn’t responded to any of the many many messages I’ve sent to them.

I place an order and after two weeks of nothing but the order acknowledgement, I tried contacting Thoughtcloud. Unable to reach anyone via email, phone or the website. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I never received the order! I wrote an email to you and never received a response???

Stole my money, didn’t deliver or respond

No product delivered, no response to enquiries, an email address that doesn't actually work.. the list goes on. Absolute scam!

Thoughtcloud is a big rip-off. Owner takes your order and money but never sends you the items. This Thoughtcloud should be shut down and owner taken to court for stealing from so many people. Thoughtcloud never returns emails or phone calls.

No communication! No package! Ripped off. Complaint sent to Better Business Bureau and they didn't get a reply either! Very disappointing and confused! Why is this request for feedback even being sent? How is the website still operating? So many google complaints of the same nuture as mine. Figure this rubbish out.

My last order has not been sent nor received, since it is still showing as processing in your system. This order was placed in May. No reason an order should take that long to process. A valid email or phone number with someone that actually answers or returns inquiries would be the courteous thing for a business of any type to provide to customers, especially if you want repeat customers. I tried every email and phone I could find anything short of mailing a letter and never received a reply from anyone. Not even from the corporate address. I liked your products I have tried so far, but I also expect prompt service, answers when asked, and as a courtesy to customers, informing them if there is reason or problem for such a delay in the shipping.

It’s July 5th and I haven’t received my order yet.
I have tried emailing with no avail. My order was placed May 17, 2023. I usually don’t have problems so I’m not sure what has changed

They don’t ship or answer or care. Hundreds gone they just take your money.
