Products never arrived and couldn’t get a response from company

It's been almost 6 weeks since I ordered and I have not received my order. Plus, I've called and can only leave voice mail,
messaged the contact info on the website, and have not gotten any response.
Order 500891, ordered 5/21/23.

Never received my order from almost 2 months ago now.
No replies to emails or voice-mails.
Have been doing business with thought cloud for over 6 years and now suddenly they seem to be out of business but the web page will still accept orders and your money.

Never received my order AND tried numerous times to contact customer service. No reply via email requests. Phone calls either ended with having to leave a message (no agents available at this time) with no return call OR numbers that were mo longer in service. What has happened to Thought Cloud? I have always had excellent service in past years.

Never received the order although I have still been charged for it. Never received any correspondence when multiple messages were sent via multiple venues to see when it would be shipped out/why it had not been shipped yet. No tracking information. Could not contact company by phone, email, or website messenger to request cancellation and refund.

I never received my item. I tried to contact the company 5 different times and never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing. Disputing the charge with my bank unfortunately.

I have not received my order, nor a reply to any of the emails that I have sent asking about my order. I have already contacted my bank to try to get a refund. Very unsatisfied and disappointing.

Have not received an order I placed 7 weeks ago. The payment was taken out of my account. Feel like Thought Cloud has stolen from me.

It’s been almost 6 weeks since I ordered my products (CBD joints) and I haven’t received a notice of shipment and also never received my order. I have tried 4-5 times to contact someone via email and phone and have had no luck getting into contact with anyone to help me.

My first few experiences with ThoughtCloud were good, but after this experience and also my last experience with their poorly designed vape pen (that doesn’t work), I unfortunately won’t be buying with them again. I hope at some point I’ll be able to get my money back for the last order I made with them.

Been almost 2 months and have not received my order. Tried emailing the email on the website to see why the delay and google replied that the email address doesn’t exist.

Never received product, could not get in contact with anyone. Had to dispute payment with bank.

The audacity to still send product review requests when you just scammed a bunch of people out of money and won’t even accept any kind of responsibility. I’m glad though, now people can be aware of this site.

BUYER BEWARE! . They do not return calls, emails or text messages. They take your money and you cannot get it back. Been waiting for my order for 7 weeks. Cannot get money back and they are still taking orders!!!!!! Are they still open?? Would love to know

I placed an order and paid up front a month ago. Never received the product. Customer service does not get back with you. Basically, after several attempts to receive the product, I am still empty handed. Their email says not a viable address. No return calls. NOTHING !!!!!!

You guy never delivered the product and did not contact me back at all.

I never received my order. But sure was charged. After months with no response from any of my metods of contact email. Phone etc, can't recommend NOT ever wanting to order again, because this is the seco d time

Why did you even send this? I like hundreds of others paid for and never received my product. What is happening there? I have seen countless negative reviews because of the same problem the only way I will ever trust you again will be if you reply to this email or call me at 586-242-1780 and send me my product. I also sad because I love your products but don't trust you anymore.

Never received order 500814 which I paid for ($38.73) on 5/18/23.

Ordered on June 7th. TC took my $120, but never sent products, or provided update. Google Maps now indicates business is permanently closed. Very disappointed. :(
