I had placed an order, it never came, and then when I tried to communicate with the team, they repeatedly ignored my messages

The CEO obviously left. You don’t even bother sending products anymore. I had to make a claim on my credit card to get my money back. Reported you to the BBB.

I never got a tracking number. Never received product. Left emails and received no responses.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER! NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS! BUSINESS PHONE DISCONNECTED! ABSOLUTE BULLCRAP!

I've been ordering CBD for myself and my dogs for a few years now. I've also received my orders quickly. That is until this last time when I ordered end of May and never received my order. I called and emailed several times with no response. They had charged my card already, so I worked with my financial institution for a refund.

Made an order in May. They took the payment out of my account and I still haven’t received my order. It’s now June 27.
Thought Cloud has been my go to for the last two years, with excellent service. Hate to see an excellent product and company go down the tubes like this.

I never even received my order!!! It has been months with no word back from anyone about what's going on.

I never got my last order and money came out my account. I emailed multiple times and no one answered.

Hi there. I ordered my order Order #500754 on May 15, 2023. It was for 3 facial bars, which cost almost $50 total with shipping. I NEVER GOT ORDER #500754 at all. THESE PEOPLE ARE FAKE!! Try to call them, try to email them, you will get no one at all, no response. Called multiple times everyday, and left messages, no one answered, no on emailed, nobody at Thoughtcloud cares!! THIS COMPANY IS NOW FAKE!! It use to be real company, but NOW IS A SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ANYMORE!! THEY ARE NOT A REAL COMPANY ANYMORE!! It is now June 26th, thw day I left this review. I haven’t recieved any of the products I ordered, but I have been told my order has been received, and I have been charged for the 3 facial bars in that were ordered in order #500754 on May 15, 2023!! I loved thoughtcloud before this and have been a loyal customer. They are just not real any more!! THEY ARE FAKE!!

I ordered almost 2 months ago and never received, so tried to follow up and the email, instant messenger and Instagram are all disconnected so there is no way to follow up.

Looks like the company is taking everyone's money and not sending the products. I've been using this company for a few years now. Such a shame! I guess I have to contact my bank to get my money back, they aren't returning calls and email address doesn't even exist any longer.

Like others, I ordered from them weeks ago and never received my order. I’ve purchased CBD from this company for years and never had any issues. There was no communication regarding my recent order, but they had no problem STEALING my money.

What a terrible thing to do to loyal customers. I wonder what’s going on.

I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Buyer beware - they’ve lost my business for good (if they are still in business). Doubtful.

Never received my product, I reached out to customer service several times and never heard back, my order still says processing. I ordered it on May 7th and now it’s almost July. I’ve ordered from them several times before so I’m really confused and disappointed.

Never received product that I was charged for.

Still have not received my order which was placed and payed for back on the 9th May 2023. Not happy with the delay in delivery and no communication from Thoughtcloud team.

I never received the product and never got a response from leaving phone messages or emails. I'll never again purchase or recommend you guys. it would have been fine if there was an error but to not respond or even be able to reach you was beyond frustrating and unacceptable.
