Something is up with this company. I had been a loyal customer for a while, then suddenly my order took forever to get out of the "processing" stage, and it still has not been shipped to this day. I have been unable to communicate with the company and have received no communication back whatsoever - their email address apparently no longer exists and they do not answer the phone, ever. I have requested a chargeback with my bank however, that may be difficult as there is no official information about the company going bust, despite the overwhelming amount of customer comments alluding to that being the case. DO NOT PLACE A NEW ORDER AND IF YOU HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION, CANCEL IT!

I placed an order and never received it but the money was taken out of my bank account. I tried to contact customer service to rectify issue and was given the runaround for over a month. I still have not received a refund OR the order, so as far as I’m concerned thoughcloud stole $75 from me. Such a shame as I have been a loyal customer for years.

Still have not received my order and have tried reaching out to you 3-4x. Horrible, never ordering again. You lost a loyal customer.

Thoughtcloud took my money. I never received my order. I received one email contact asking for patience. Then, when asking for my money back after 2 weeks, the email didn’t deliver. Their Instagram account is gone. Filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Had a re-occuring order, went great for a few months, then nothing. Tried valling and e-mailing, no response from e-mail and phone number states no one to amswer the call. So after attempting to re-order no conformation no order. Frankly I thought this company was shut down. Probably is since I havent recived anything for months and never got reaponses.

After recieving great product monthly for several years thoughtcloud has went off the radar. Phones don't work, email doesn't work, you can't order anything. But the website is online! SMH.

I never reviewed my product! I have called and left messages, sent emails, filled out the contact form online, and no response! My order was placed May 10th it's been 6 weeks with no product and no customer service!

I made two purchases in may, and didn’t receive either one, never heard anything back, never received the product! Very disappointed. Wrote to the company twice and never got any replies! Won’t be on thoughtclouds products again.

I placed my order May 10th and my card was charged and I never received my order. Tried to call and email multiple times and never received a response. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card.

I placed an order on May 9th and they took my $48 and never sent me the product. I wish I could have made them lower than one star. They used to always be very good now they're only open maybe three days a week for a couple hours and nobody is ever there to talk to. Maybe they're out of business

I doubt anyone (from Thoughtcloud) will be reading this because I paid $189.00 and as if yet no return of phone calls and my email got returned “not delivered”. I fear the worst that this company is going down , and I will never see my CBD or money returned. I’ve called many times and they either don’t return message, or it rings and rings , then just shuts off . Do not use this company, even though I really liked their oil. Something is definitely wrong. Email got returned. If anyone has suggestions, I would appreciate the comment!!

Ordered it on May 9. Never got it and the website says still processing. I have sent several messages but have been ignored.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. Order placed on 5/8. Card was charged. Order says it is still processing as of 6/19. I've tried calling the phone number on the site. It gives the option to leave a message. Which I did. Never received a call back. I emailed the 'admin' email address on the site and I get a message saying that my message was not delivered to the email address because the address could not be found or is unable to receive mail. I literally cannot get ahold of anyone for a refund. I've ordered carts so many times previously with no problems but after this I will NEVER order here again.

ThoughtCloud used to be good. I ordered from them often. This time was terrible. I placed an order on 5/8 and today on 6/19, still haven’t received it. Never got a tracking number. Called and left a message, sent emails, nothing. Highly disappointed.
