Goggles broke after 2 uses and were less than 2 months old. Absolutely shocking support from Tibatoes. Company overs a 25% coupon for another order. Terrible product. Don't buy. Run.
TibaToes responded quickly, and my delivery arrived safely. The product quality is beyond expectations! Customer service was great as well, and they reached out quickly after I placed my order.

The quality of the Busy Board and Busy Book I bought was very poor - especially for the $90 (discounted!) purchase price. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Montessori Busy Board and Book
I bought the Montessori Busy Book and Busy Board and both items were as expected.
I considered giving Tibatoes 3 stars as the items took over a month to arrive - I could have got the Busy Board from a different provider in 2 days. I settled on 4 stars as I had occasion to contact the company and our communications were cordial and polite at all times.

I love this busy book for my toddler
I love this busy book for my toddler! I kept him busy for over 45 minutes. He loved the matching Velcro pieces as well as the buckles and buttons, which is so great for fine motor skills! I love that it is small and compact and closes up with a button so I can throw it in my diaper bag.

En ik wacht nog steeds op mijn bestelling. Het word verzonden via postNL en als je de afzender op Google maps intikt staat er bedrijf permanent gesloten.
Mijn tip bestel hier niet!!

We use a sender locally which is a third party which is different for every country which we have no control over their address details as they own it. We can obviously also not control what Temu offers as they offer a lot of products at a cheap price whereas we cannot control their product quality at such a cheap price while ours is rigorously tested and meets our standards at TibaToes.

Sie verkaufen chinesische Waren weiter, die auf der chinesischen Website 4 Euro kosten. Nachdem ich die Bestellung innerhalb weniger Minuten bezahlt habe, schrieb ich, dass ich sie stornieren möchte. Worauf der Verkäufer abgelehnt hat.
Für die Rücksendung nach Polen mussten 20 Euro bezahlt werden, der Verkäufer weigert sich, die Rücksendekosten zu bezahlen

We're sorry to hear about your experience with return shipping costs. While our policy does typically require customers to cover initial return shipping, customer satisfaction is our priority and we may offer you to keep your items in certain cases but as a small business operating in the EU we have to make choices of where to locate our return address as we cannot have them in every country yet unfortunately.

SCAM, terrible experience do not buy
What a scam, purchased two pairs, immediately wrote after to cancel the order. They said they were unable to cancel and that I'd be able to send the pairs back once I received them. Received two pairs of shoes that were supposed to be the same size, but actually had a 3 cm difference. Reached out to point this out, they just wrote back saying it could happen. I requested a return label only to find out i had to cover the costs. A NIGHTMARE, a scam, poor quality - do not purchased.

Slecht retourbeleid. Op de website staat nergens aangegeven dat het moet worden teruggestuurd naar Polen. Dat is 14 euro! Goed nadenken dus voordat je het koopt.

Als klein groeiend bedrijf hebben we momenteel nog geen mogelijkheid om in elk land een eigen retourcentrum te hebben. Ons Europese distributiecentrum in Polen is onze beste oplossing om alle EU-klanten te kunnen bedienen, hoewel we beseffen dat dit voor sommige landen hogere verzendkosten betekent.
We blijven werken aan het verbeteren van onze service binnen de mogelijkheden die we als jong bedrijf hebben. Je feedback helpt ons daarbij enorm.
