Update: After posting this review, submitting a chargeback with my bank, and again calling customer service and scheduling a call with a supervisor I was able to get my issue addressed and argue up to getting a 90% refund. Credit where it's due, If you are vocal about your issue and persistent but kind then their support team can help you.

I clicked on a misleading URL (eg:georgeampitheatre.com instead of the real gorgeampitheatre.com) after googling the event that i wanted to go to and the venue and was met with a website with a very similar design to the real gorge website. clicking the "buy tickets" links you to ticket squeeze's reselling platform. Multiple other people report this same issue, with multiple other misleading but top rated URLs/webpages for seemingly official venues that lead to ticket squeeze. I found the whole experience to be designed to confuse and deceive the consumer into buying overpriced tickets for events.

I tried to buy tickets to a festival at the gorge and the only option that did not say "row seating" ended up being 4x the price of a normal ticket. I had assumed I bought from a legitimate source and called them minutes after i bought the tickets hoping to get my money back simply by claiming that I'd bought tickets for the wrong dates/event and asking nicely.

Reaching out to customer service was unhelpful as they denied my refund on the grounds that "all sales are final". They also would not contact the seller for me to request a refund or give me the seller's information to contact personally. I found out later that even if I had purchased ticket insurance, that it's through a unreliable third party company.

Ticketmaster, live nation, and most other ticket sellers allow refunds within the first couple of days. Avoid this company.

Ticket Squeeze,I paid over 350.00 to see Fred Hammond on 5/4, for today 5/10. I had orchestra seats. Ticket Squeeze called /emailed me this week and offered what was supposed to be better Box seats 30. They were supposed to send me tickets yesterday 5/9. So I called yesterday and today. Then they sent me out the wrong tickets from /Ticketmaster. in peanut heaving. The concert start at 8 and I wanted to leave early and have a great time it is 3:33 can not get to speak to a supervisor. I thought when I bought from Ticket Squeeze I was buying at DAR directly. So I do not have my tickets yet. I am so frustrated with bad service. Plus I found out that I way overpaid for my tickets. Do not ever, I mean ever use them. Horrible service.

The entire experience was easy and we got perfect seats. Buuuuut, 4 stars instead of 5 just because the added fee. Obviously the experience would be better without service fees.

Much like the other 1 star reviews, I was fooled into thinking I was purchasing concert tickets from the actual venue website when in fact I was paying more than double the price on their website. They intentionally make their site look as close as possible to the venue website. I'm usually careful about these things but must have let my guard down because I was in a hurry to buy tickets. Don't be fooled like I was. It cost me an extra $100 per ticket times 5 tickets.

Same day purchase and it was very smooth! Last minute decision for a concert that night. Select tickets in the morning and they were transferred to me (and subsequently my friends!) by the late afternoon. Whole process was very easy to follow and emails detailed everything.

Total SCAM !
1. Posing as the true website.
2. Overcharging by more than 50%.
3. Not delivering tickets or seat assignments!

Ticket Squeeze has very questionable practices. First is the fluctuating price changes that occur during ticket ordering. Second, their website attempts to closely mimic venue websites to make you think they are legit. Finally, even with the refund protection you still need to go through a third party to try and get your refund. Bypass Ticket Squeeze if possible.

Update: Got off the phone with their customer support. This is definitely a site to avoid. Any resolution you try to reach with them is met with we're just doing business.

Had a similar experience to others where I didn't check closely enough and only realized afterwards that I overpaid for my tickets. That sucks, but that's ultimately my fault for not looking more carefully in the first place. I agree that it's shady business to front as the venue website only to have it direct to the affiliated reseller website, they definitely wouldn't make as much money as they do if they didn't use this tactic.

However, the reason I'm even bothering with a review is because I reached out to their chat support team for clarification about my tickets, and their customer service sucks ASS. I initially got very condescending non-answers to my valid question, and had to keep prodding to finally get the explanation I was looking for in the first place. Rubbed me the wrong way that they would treat their customers like they're dumb and can't read, when they were the ones not providing the answer to the question I asked....

Tickets are also nonrefundable here, but the same tickets are fully refundable on other sites up until a couple days before the event.

Do yourself a favor and just buy off of Ticketmaster, Stubhub, SeatGeek, literally anywhere else.

I was trying to purchase tickets to a show from a local venue's website, and unknowingly ended up on a Ticket Squeeze website instead because it used a domain name and website design to imitate the venue's actual website and trick people into buying tickets with them.

At 10:00 pm the night before my 2:00 pm event, I still didn't have my tickets and Ticket Squeeze could only tell me that I would have them "before my event". I ended up having to buy new tickets through the venue's actual website to make sure that I would have tickets for the event since I still didn't have any less than 16 hours before the event started.

When I asked for a refund, they only offered to refund my fees and denied intentionally misleading me with their website by trying to say the domain name clearly stated it was Ticket Squeeze, but that was only for their main website, not the one imitating my local venue which did not say Ticket Squeeze anywhere in the domain or the first 9/10 of the web page.

They had no response to their imitation of the venue's website, then they denied my refund because of disclaimers buried in small font at the bottom of the fake venue page and claimed that it was clearly stated that they not affiliated with the venue.

Overpriced

I was looking for the venues website on the web along with the event and this pulled up along with many others besides the actual venue one page later. I went through the order process and couldn't believe how overpriced the tickets were in comparison to the venues etix system. I went through the process and ordered them prior and I called them asking about pricing and they didn't answer until 7 days later. Horrible service. Companies like these shouldn't exist or maybe I should open one and overcharge everyone.

Terrible! The website glitched out while I was trying to order tickets to an event. The purchase finalized even though I was only going to the “review order” where it says “card not be charged at this time” but it did. Honestly I would’ve just accepted the tickets but unfortunately it was for a time that I was unable to attend. I immediately called ticketsqueeze customer service to ask that they cancel the transaction- they refused to do so even though it was their website that glitched out. I do not think the site glitch was intentional but the fact that they would not do anything about it was. I was still willing to purchase the tickets from this company and requested a credit voucher only to use towards the correct event time and they also refused that so I ultimately had to go through my back to dispute the charge because I truly did not authorize it.
I would not ever purchase from them again because they do not have integrity or value their customers. Buyer beware…. Even if it’s their fault they will not fix the problem.
I tried so hard explaining and they made it seem like it was simply about the time of the event rather than even acknowledge that their site took my money without authorization! It was about so much more than what they tried to make my complaint out to be. Ugh! I hate companies like this… maybe that is why they call themselves ticket squeeze, they squeeze the money right out of you. I refuse to pay for an event that I can not attend! It’s just such a crazy situation, I never ever thought they would refuse to cancel the transaction as it is the only RIGHT thing to do!

They had exactly what I was looking for – Dave Matthews Band 3 day camping passes. Sold out everywhere, but managed to get them at Ticket Squeeze. Very happy, but admittedly the prices were a little high. But I guess this is what happens when it's sold out. Can't wait!

Do not use this company. They created an imitation red rocks amphitheater site, so I accidentally bought tickets through them thinking they were the preferred vendor, only to realize AXS was selling them for $30 cheaper. I called right away to cancel the order, but they wouldn’t let me. They then sold my tickets to AXS so ultimately I bought the same exact ticket for $30 more…

One of the better ticketing services. I'd much rather order my second hand tickets from here than Ticketmaster. Their resale fees and tactics are insane. Thank you Ticket Squeeze for being fair and transparent!

Positive experience and very intuitive. Would prefer to pick the exact seat as opposed to be row or section, but ce la vie! I am just happy to get the tickets.

I bought GA floor tickets for an upcoming concert. Weeks after purchasing I received an email that my tickets are lawn, not GA floor, although they were listed as GA floor when I purchased and my receipt says so. Super lame, corporate sham.

We bought tickets through ticketsqueeze, but note that they all end up getting routed through ticketmaster, so you don't save any money. Additionally, we couldn't resell them because we're stuck between ticketsqueeze and ticketmaster.

Thought this was the theatre's website and it was not. When I received an email from Ticket Squeeze for the wrong date I immediately (within 45 minutes) tried to call the theatre to change. They told me that I had not purchased the ticket through them otherwise they could have helped. Ticket Squeeze goes out of their way to make it look like you are purchasing directly from the theatre. When I finally tracked down a phone number they told me my choice was to cancel for no refund or they could talk to a supervisor about getting me a voucher. They could not change the date. After further investigation, the site also says that they have the best prices which is false.

Will never buy a ticket from Ticket Squeeze again. I got linked to them through a fake Red Rocks website, where they were charging 2x face value for tickets that were still available direct from the venue. I called 10minutes after realizing, but they refused to refund me.

Today, on the day of the concert, my tickets still have not been delivered—they're trying to get in touch with the ticketholder (an individual person) to transfer me the ticket.

So, they sold me a ticket they didn't actually have at twice what it should've cost, and never actually delivered it.

Don't trust this company.

UPDATE: My ticket did eventually get transferred to me, but not until 3 hours before the show, at which point I had already purchased another from a reliable vendor. Huge headache.

I bought two tickets on Ticket Squeeze and they did not give me anything!! They sent me an email with another person's information on Ticketmaster and required me to use it. Obviously the tickets were not there. After that they said the tickets would be delivered to my adress, but of course that did not happen. Don't use this place to buy your tickets!!
