Signed up via a salesman at the door. But wanted to delay first clean until October. Did this online, but after 5 days nobody contacted me. So I cancelled my account. Today I have just received a message to say my first clean is tomorrow (message received at 17:15). Rung customer services straight away as my account is back active. But they close at 17:00. Oh well someone will have a wasted trip tomorrow.

Got signed up for window cleaning service for front and back of house by salesman at the door. First clean was great after that the next clean got cancelled was only notified at the end of the day when waiting around for them all day. They then showed up the following day and only cleaned the front windows of my house yet still took a full payment. Emailed customer service to get no response. Customer service contact number continues to ring out no answer. Was given no details on how to access my account through their website was simply told I would receive an email with login details that I never received. Would not recommend

Unhappy as they still come when service paused and I’m on a 4 weekly clean but 2 weeks later I have just received another text that they are coming out the next day and no option to pause or cancel. The text was sent out after they had closed so can’t even speak to them on the phone in time for them coming out 2 weeks early which looks like I will be unable to stop so will be cancelling completely if not sorted as this has been a nightmare since I signed up which I’m now regretting.

Eventually received text day before due to clean our windows. Its now 3.30pm and its a NO SHOW! Tried to ring number on the card which the sales girl left . No one answers?
Am wondering what have signed up for as am happy to support lo cal businesses. But bit sckeptical if this is indeed a real business???

No care for peoples properties or about other people, walked all over my garden pebbles when steps and walkway right next to it, made a right mess of the garden. Extremely rude person who was window cleaning my next door neighbours windows. Parked stupidly, onto my garden pebbles, all across my drive and over some of next doors too, he essentially blocked off three places i could park. Two drives and in front of my drive. I asked him to please move off the drive and he said he was just doing next doors windows, i said i need access to the drive(its my drive plus i have a young child and disability so need close access) .. he complained and eventually moved so i could access my drive, he then slowly unwinded the pipe whilst i was there waiting at the drive to get on, when he was eventually done unwinding it i got on drive. He then proceeded to give me abuse whilst i was getting my shopping out of the car as he demanded i move the car as his pipe was under it and i said he would have to wait a minute as im just doing the shopping so he gave me abuse and proceeded to say he would shove the brush and pipe etc under car and if any damages then its on me! Absolutely disgusting how he talked to me and not only that but he waited to hurl abuse at me not my partner as he waited till he was gone inside busy!!!

First clean was good - second clean did not do upstairs rear windows - reason pole not long enough - third time same again. Absolute waste of space this service. Cancelled after they eventually answered the phone after 3 attempts. Steer clear.

The money was taken but the windows were not cleaned. To rectify they said they would do a clean without charge a week later. I was charged again. I requested refund and cancelled the service. They have taken payment again this month & I am doubtful they cleaned the windows either. They are not responding to emails. I have reported to my credit card company in the hope they can sort it out.

No way to cancel online. No phone number listed. Emails not replied to. Wanted to make another visit today. That would have been 3 visits in 16 days. I didn't sign up for that. How dirty do you think windows get round here 😆 if this isn't sorted tomorrow I will report them

Windows were clean today to the highest quality, the best I have seen in a long time, windows, window sills and the front door all look new, fantastic job

Don’t give them anything I didn’t even give my bank details and somehow they have them I contacted them (which took 18 calls to get thru) and asked and they started lying so I said stop lying to me next minute we tell them we are bringing the police and and she says bring it on. Don’t open door to them main things is
•They get ur bank without giving details
•they never awnser for you to cancel
•they go for older people to be vulnerable
•it’s not set up a a direct debit it’s set up as a person taking it out

They are obviously used to doing this and I don’t know how they have not been done for this.

I strongly recommend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

No window-cleaning service was carried out at my property, yet they have been demanding payment and repeatedly harassing me with messages for months.

What makes this even more concerning is that their workers have claimed the job was completed when, according to my experience, it was not done at all. I have repeatedly explained this, but the payment demands and unwanted contact have continued.

This has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not trust this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before giving them your details or using their services.

they are scam
they first do the job and then start to schedule unautherised job whatever they want and charge you accordingly whatever they want because they store your card details , they never answer their phone

I have been having my windows cleaned by Your Local for some time now, and I am very happy with the service. I always receive a reminder text message the day before cleaning, and my invoice is also always received promptly after cleaning (and is simple to pay online). Most importantly the cleaning itself is always spot on (Thanks Joshua). Fantastic service & highly recommended.

Hi guys I’m now 8 months in to getting refunded for the product I have tried to cancel about 20 times now and it’s still coming out my bank. I’ve had nigh on 200 pound withdrawn and it still hasn’t been cancelled. I actually give up I don’t know what to do

Terrible service all round. I used them previously and had issues with them not cleaning the rear of the house and thereforecharging me £10 for 3 windows. I gave them a second chance after a sales person told me they'd made changes and gave me the spiel. Second time round has been even worse. They've done 3 cleans over 4 months, with no communication about the missed clean. They've only cleaned the rear once with no communication regarding missed cleans or why they are unable to reach the rear of my house.
I'm unable to access my online account and have emailed customer service to cancel 3 times, called twice, all of which had gone ignored. Despite 3 weeks notice of cancellation, they've charged me for a further clean, thanks to their pre-authorised online payment - which I'm unable to cancel from my banking app.
Awful service from cleaners and head office, not worth taking the chance with them!
